Obsługa - miła życzliwa pomocna
Jedzenie - pyszne, śniadania wystarczająco urozmaicone, z bardzo dobrym pieczywem, z kolei w restauracji dobre porcje, normalne ceny, jakość i przygotowanie na super poziomie
Pokój czysty, łazienka duża, łóżko duże i wygodne
Wystrój hotelu bardzo klimatyczny, bardzo dużo zdjęć i eksponatów do podziwiania na korytarzach czy w restauracji, wszystko czyste, schludne, zadbane
Widok z okna ekstra, położenie samego hotelu, jest on kawałek od centrum (15-20 min spacerem) przez co jest cicho, spokojnie, w zasadzie bez turystów w sezonie (połowa sierpnia na weekend), dzięki czemu w ciszy na tarasie restauracji można podziwiać widoki

Płatność za pobyt w gotówce Czeskiej (w restauracji normalnie można kartą), nie spodziewałem się tego, może nie widziałem informacji na stronie? Ale tą informację dostałem na samym początku i miałem sporo czasu (aż do wyjazdu) by gotówkę zorganizować. Polecam bankomat przy punkcie informacyjnym w centrum Spindleruv Mlyn, duże limity wypłaty, nie jak w euronet.

Great place, but i would prefer a hotel with AC for July - August vacation.
Pros:

location is great, amazing view and quite location. The stuff was very friendly, although only one spoke english well. The hotel is very nice and interesting. The restaurant at the location has good food. Breakfest is ok too.

Cons:

The rooms are smaller than expected and they have no cooling at all, so I would not consider this as an ideal location for hot summers.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal! Super Lage, wir kommen gerne mal wieder!!
Pros:

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage. Aber durch den Bus der direkt vor dem Hotel hält, prima Ausgangspunkt!
Sehr nettes Team, vom Kellner bis zum Chef sind alle sehr freundlich. Wir waren schon einige Male dort
und kommen auch gerne mal wieder!

Cons:

Es gibt zwei Köche. Ein Koch ist super, er zaubert echt tolles Essen!! Beim anderen Koch schmeckt es leider nicht ganz so toll.
Die Betten sind leider für uns zu weich, wir schlafen gerne auch festeren Matratzen.

Nettes und gemütliches Hotel im grünen.
Pros:

Ein nettes und gemütliches Hotel mit ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand von Spindlersmlyn. Freundliches Personal mit englischen und deutschen Sprachkentnissen. Am besten hat mir die meist historische Dekoration an den schön gestalteten Wänden im gesamten Hotel gefallen. Zudem gibt es ein Restaurant im Hotel und beim Frühstücksbuffet ist für Jedem etwas dabei.

Pros:

Wir waren mit den Motorrädern da. Das Hotel liegt etwas Abseits, deshalb Nachts kein Autolärm. Der Kellner war sehr zuvorkommend, sprach sehr gut deutsch. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Wochenendausflug.

Traditionell, schön, ruhig, freundlich
Pros:

Sehr ruhige schöne Lage, traditionelles kleines angenehmes Hotel mit sehr schönem Garten. Teekocher vorhanden, kleiner schöner Balkon, def Bach rauscht… Gutes relativ hartes (für mich sehr angenehm!) Bett mit nicht allzu hohem Kissen. Das Frühstück wurde mir, im Sommer, im Nachbarhotel Krystina serviert, wo ich draußen sitzen durfte, perfekt. Sehr freundliches Personal, alles wie privat und nicht so kommerziell. Der Name Martin und Krystina bezieht sich auf die beiden kleinen Nachbarhotels, die durch einen gemeinsamen Garten verbunden sind und jeweils so heißen, nicht auf die Besitzer.

Lokalizacja przepiękna, czułam się jak w Alpach. Pokój czysty, duży z bardzo dużym tarasem i widokiem na góry. Obok pensjonatu górski strumień, przy którym można posiedzieć na ławeczkach. Personel przemiły, jedzonko wyśmienite. Z pewnością powrócimy do tego miejsca
