This suite offered a wonderful, spacious atmosphere with a stylish modern feel. The natural daylight pouring in created a perfectly relaxed Miami vibe that we loved coming back to. While the in-room coffee situation was a bit basic, there are plenty of great spots just steps away to grab your morning cup.
The quietude of the room at night was truly impressive, especially considering the vibrant energy of the surrounding neighborhood. The overall atmosphere is refreshingly calm and unpretentious, providing a peaceful retreat that feels worlds away from the hustle and bustle. It is the perfect spot for those who want easy access to the action without sacrificing a restful night's sleep.
The room was a breath of fresh air—bright, airy, and perfectly relaxed during the day. Flooded with natural light, the space had a calming energy that made it the ideal spot to unwind after a busy day of exploring. While the balcony door required a bit of a firm nudge to shut, it sealed tightly once closed, keeping the room quiet and comfortable. A truly refreshing stay!
I really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the room at night; it was the perfect escape. The location is unbeatable, with almost everything within easy walking distance. Even during busy hours, the hotel never felt overwhelming or crowded.
Booked king room with TV, sitting room with TV, kitchen and ocean view. Two nights was a little over $1200. First room no ocean view. Hotel is sold out but they upgraded us to PH2 (Penthouse 2). Many issues but here are some of the highlights. Booked same room to others first night so they started to enter out room while we were there. When we left asked to have toilet seat tightened - was loose. So was the one in 1/2 bath.
I get up early wanted TV in other room to watch news. Other half wanted TV to watch sports late at night. TV in sitting room does not work. Front desk sends engineer. Thought it was fixed. Was not. No one answers front desk phone when you call from the room. Went to front desk and front desk argues with me it is fixed. You couldn't change the channel without error message. Three hours of people in room first morning (we left). When we returned front desk can't tell us if fixed or not.
Floor to ceiling sheer in bedroom was stained on the bottom - looked like dog peed on it. Fridge shelf broken. Could not sit on couch without leaning to middle. Used kitchen chairs instead. No handles in shower. You could turn the base to turn it on but the temp side was too hard to turn so you had to take the temp it gave you ( it was a warm temp)
I made a list and walked through the room with a manager. It has been over a week and nothing - the resort fee was waived ($102) and nothing else. Since we booked with third party maybe that was an issue. But I wouldn't know since no one has reached out and it has been a week.
Would have moved hotels but nothing reasonable was available so we just "lived" with it.
The suite felt bright and comfortable during the day, which made working remotely feel easy. The calm atmosphere helped me stay focused and relaxed. The afternoon pool area became a little busy, so I chose quieter morning hours instead.
It felt like a smooth start to our Miami trip. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location made everything feel close without being overwhelming. A comfortable and easy place to settle in.

Albergo sporchissimo!! Mi hanno promesso un rimborso che poi non è mai avvenuto!! Imbarazzanti!! Filtri dell’aria pieni di polvere, letto sfondato e acqua calda terminata in 2 minuti! La peggior esperienza in un 4 stelle!
Service was very very poor.
We liked how calm the room felt once the door closed. The lighting in the evening created a cozy mood, and the hotel never felt overwhelming. The rooftop area felt busier than expected in the late afternoon, so we went back later in the evening instead.

El personal es muy servicial, muy cordial y muy eficiente. Ese aspecto es muy bueno.
El barrio tiene muy buena conexión con el transporte público y también dos supermercados donde encontrás casi todo lo necesario a dos cuadras como máximo
No es que hubiera algo que "no me gustó" sino que es lo que tengo para sugerir como mejora, creo le falta un poco de mantenimiento, por ejemplo mejorar el mobiliario y aspecto de la recepción, eso sin duda no es acorde al resto del establecimiento, alguna lámpara de la habitación que no enciende o la tapa de pilas del cofre de seguridad que al faltar te pueden dejar sin acceso al contenido cuando más lo necesitás o cuando el personal de mantenimiento no está. Detalles casi intrascendentes pero es lo único que tengo para comentar en este sentido.
Mornings were my favorite here. The room stayed cool and quiet, and stepping outside early felt easy and relaxed. The overall mood felt calm and unforced.
Let me start with I think this is a decent hotel. The location was really nice and my stay was comfortable. However, the reason why I have given 3 stars out of 5 is mainly because I received no decent response on whether the room I got was what I selected and what was advertised. I asked 3 hotel employees and sent an email to verify my reservation with no follow up. I booked directly and selected a room that I thought included a kitchenette and selected include breakfast. Pretty sure of it. I was not able to check immediately because the receipt went to my junk folder. When I found it, it wasn’t that helpful. I was under the impression kitchenettes were standard in all rooms according to what I read and the pictures. I had a tiny fridge stuffed with for purchase items and not even a microwave. All I needed was for the staff to check into it and provide a reasonable response. I’ve waited a week and still crickets- I’m not the type of person that would pressure the staff or make a scene but I shouldn’t have to do that. So at the price I paid for 3 nights my expectations were not met. Pictures and amenities on website did not match my experience and my price.

The check in person did not know where everything was like how to get to the pool or other areas and he was not willing to help, it was a young guy, also the elevator that goes to the rooftop pool and bar did not work. the sofa bed did not have enough bed blankets so it was cold for the kids at night. it was not very clean, the sink in the bathroom was not working.
Naozaj veľmi pekný hotel, príjemný a promptný personál, vynikajúca poloha (blízko na pláž, bus, obchod ...), dobrý pomer kvality a ceny. Úžasný strešný bazén a výhľadom. Mali sme problém s chladničkou, personál okamžite doniesol novú.
Terasu by mohli upratať spolu s izbou (za celý týždeň nebola pozametaná ani poumývaná - prach, pavučiny, stôl čierny od špiny ...). V kuchyni by mohol byť aspoň jeden veľký nôž na krájanie a doska na krájanie. Batéria vo vani funkčná iba jedným smerom, v minulosti bola pokazená, namiesto výmeny nalepili kus železa aby sa nedala otáčať oboma smermi, ručná sprcha odmontovaná.

The living area gave us space to sit together and plan our days. Everything felt clean and thoughtfully arranged. Elevators took a little longer during busy hours, but staff helped keep things organized.

Hotel needs dramatic make over as it is very tired. Mold in shower not properly equipped with dishes for meals we wanted to eat in room being breakfast and lunch.
