Decepcionante y cobros indebidos

Cons:

Todo lo demás, menos que algunos trabajadores fueron amables y no tienen culpa del mal estado del hotel y de la gestión interna de la manager. Nada más llegar pedimos que nos retiraran todo el minibar porque no queríamos cargos indebidos y nos han cobrado 29,90$ al salir de allí. Llevamos esperando desde el 28 de agosto que lo devuelvan y nada. Informar también que no había aire acondicionado en el Hotel, solo en las habitaciones.

Agradável. Os apartamentos são excessionais, mas precisam de um maior cuidado.

Please do not waste your time booking this hotel. I advise looking at the reviews before booking like we did.
Cons:

Rooms were filthy and smelt bad, not what is advertised online. We were given a room much smaller and cheaper than what we paid for. We had no choice but to leave these awful conditions as they couldn’t provide the room we paid for. We ended up finding another hotel in the middle of the night that was actually clean with lovely staff and facilities.

La limpieza y el trato del personal excelente. La pileta es muy linda, la ubicación del hotel es excelente.

Cons:

No tiene parking incluido, por lo que si alquilas un auto tenes que pagar 45uds la cochera que queda a la vuelta. El servicio de playa no incluye sombrilla (solo toallas y asientos), alquilar la sombrilla son 27uds el día, estaría bueno que lo incluyan. La cocina no tiene muchos utensilios para cocinar, por lo que si la idea es no salir mucho a comer tener que rebuscartelas con los utensilios. Yo alquile una noche más para llegar y tener la habitación lista a primera hora de la mañana y eso no sucedió, pero resolvieron regalándonos el des-ayuno para nuestra estadía completa, así que estuvo muy bien la resolución al problema.

Location was great. Room was clean, well decorated and great kitchen facilities in the room.

Cons:

Shower leaked onto the floor creating big puddles that extended out into the room.
