Herbergið var stórt og rúmgott og sérstaklega baðherbergið - en þrifum var ábótavant
Pros:

Góð staðsetning og mjög rúmgott herbergi, í raun lítil íbúð sem ég var með. Sérstaklega stórt og rúmgott baðherbergi. Það var sutt í ráðstefnuhöllina sem skipti mig máli. Starfsfólkið var vinalegt en ljóst að það er kominn tími á endurbætur og þrif á hótelinu.

Cons:

Mér fannst aðallega skorta hreinlæti og viðhald. Það var margt í íbúðinni sem ég dvaldi í orðið bilað t.d. skápar í eldhúsi, stólar, festingar fyrir klósettrúllu og fleira. Þá var sófinn mjög skítugur og ég vildi helst ekki setjast í hann. Gólfin mættu einnig vera betur þrifin og ljóst að það var lagt síðan þrifð hefur verið bak við borð og undir rúmi. Þá voru teppin á stigagöngum mjög blettótt og skítug. Ég bókaði herbergi með morgunverði en vissi ekki að það takmarkaðist við lítinn morgunverðarseðil og svo þurfti ég að borga aukalega ef ég vildi annað. Morgunmaturinn sem ég fékk var ágætur en sumt hefði mátt vera betra, t.d. voru kartöflunar mjög blautar. Lobbíið mætti vera betra, sófarnir þar voru mjög skítugir.

I loved the staff at reception super helpful. Rooms are so big and location is epic! Will definitely stay here again!
Pros:

I loved loved loved the location -its the best area! Walk away to everywhere and the beach! Also reception staff is super helpful at everything! Also the rooms are so big compared to other hotels- 4 people could stay in the smallest room they offer.

Cons:

I loved everything. Only maybe fitness could have eliptical machine :)

Nice place however given wrong room
Pros:

Beautiful place and food was amazing

Cons:

We were assigned the wrong room upon arrival and nothing could be done as no manager on site.
I had a booking for one of the most expensive rooms with roof top terrace for 2 nights and we were put in PH9 for the first night.
Yes the manager corrected this to another room (not the one originally booked) the next day but we couldn’t unpack or relax.
We travelled from Scotland so unfortunately this was a mistake with bookings, and we unfortunately were the ones that didn’t get what we were really excited to check into!
Although the 2nd room was beautiful and amazing we only got to enjoy for one night.
We were offered comp breakfast but i already had paid in advance.
I haven’t had anything monetary returned to me as yet as quite a price difference and the inconvenience.
I would recommend anyone staying here to confirm prior to arrival that you get the correct room.
I was disappointed as this was a surprise for my daughter and I can’t re do it.

Pros:

We've stayed in another nearby property and like the location a lot. Very convenient for the beach, walking path, restaurants, etc. In this case, the hotel just doesn't match the level of the area. Everything in the room is dated, partially broken, or worn out. The shower and tub had the temperature dials removed so you could not adjust the hot/cold. The sofa was so worn you would prefer to sit on the floor. The same could be said of the rooftop pool area where for some reason they want to charge $75/day for the sunbeds in addition to the daily "fee" they already charge. Some of the staff were great, others not so much. Until they decide if they are staying in business and update things, I would choose another nearby property.

Pros:

Bra och rymligt hotell med gångavstånd till butiker, restauranger och strand. Mycket trevligt poolområde med många sitt-/liggplatser och bar! Perfekt att bo i en lägenhet, när man reser som familj med vuxna barn. Ett sovrum plus bäddsoffa med TV i båda rummen. Bra med kylskåp, micro och kaffekokare och möjlighet att tvätta och torka kläderna.

Cons:

Frysen fungerade inte och en serviceman kom och tittade och konstaterade att det visst var kallt, men det var inte frysgrader så vår köpta glass och frysta mat smälte. Fanns inte så mycket köksgeråd. Hade önskat en brödrost, hellre än en vinkyl. Fanns inte tillräckligt med bestick och kaffemuggar till alla 4 i sällskapet.

Pros:

very large room size, great staff, nice in situ restaurant and location close to the beach as well as bars and restaurants but not too crowded.

Cons:

Some noise from Collins street but nothing too serious. It was quite pricey but probably fair for the quality.
