comfortable room in a great location -- free bus for ski and sights. Room had small kitchenette (fridge, micro, sink), and a table for eating or working. Only downside, unreliable internet.
Wir hatten ein Studio mit Bergblick für unseren Sohn und seinen Freund reserviert und es sollte ein King-Bett und auch einen Balkon geben. Stattdessen haben sie ein kleineres Zimmer mit nur einem Queen-Bett und keinem Balkon bekommen. Ich finde es ziemlich uncool, dass das Hotel-Personal es anscheinend asugenutzt hat, dass die Gäste jung und unerfahren waren. Außerdem ist das nächste Skigebiet 2.5 Kilometer vom Hotel entfernt und nicht 3 Gehminuten.
We were so happy with our choice to stay at the Alpine Lodge. The location could not have been better. Barbara, the owner, was so helpful in helping us plan our trip. She handled getting our lift tickets & bus passes prior to our arrival. Breakfast was available everyday downstairs if you wanted it or there’s a fabulous bakery down the road. There’s also a steam room & sauna in the lodge for apres ski. The bus stop to all the areas in Arlberg, as well as to the airport, was right next to the lodge. Overall, GREAT experience.
Klosterle was a great location for access to mountain skiing in the Am Arlberg areas. Barbara was a fabulous host and we would stay again. We did not realize the breakfast was not included in the stay and were surprised by the cost of 18 Euro. We would have not done the breakfast if we had known it was that cost.
Die Unterkunft ist neuwertig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es war alles super sauber. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und es wurde immer nach den Wünschen für das Frühstücksei gefragt. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Sauna ist ideal bei schlechtem Wetter. Gerne wieder.

Kurzaufenthalt - sehr kulant trotz verspäteter Ankunft. Sauberes, großzügiges Zimmer und gutes Frühstück.
Despite lots of people staying at the hotel it was very quiet in the rooms. The room was stylish with modern lighting mixed with wood. I think they blended the old and the new really and created a comfortable place to sleep at night. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water and great pressure.
One issue I had was that on my phone I had to accept the terms of usage every time I wanted to get on the internet. Not the end of the world, but would be great if I only had to accept these terms once in the beginning.
Due to some logistical restraints I asked to check out a little bit later and this was allowed without any hesitation. Also the breakfast was traditional (bread, meat, and cheese) but it was absolutely delightful. Overall I cannot wait to return to Klösterle. So much great food in town and fun places to play in the mountains.
Herzlicher Empfang in einem schönen und modernem Hotel. Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und grosszügig ausgestattet. Grossartig für eine gemütliche und erholsame Zeit. Super Service und immer sehr freundlich. Sehr empfehlenswert und ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Great, clean, wide and comfortable room with kitchen and refrigerator. While it is basically an apartment, it provides breakfast if you order. It also makes bed and fulfills tissue paper and others. Wonderful place to stay. There is no dinner service, but there are several good restaurants. Must be a good alternative to ski in Arlberg rather than staying in very expensive hotels in St. Anton or Lech. Only catch was its "cleaning fee" in fine prints in hotels.com; you should read it very carefully.

Stopover in Austria
Awesome place and the staff took care of you. They arranged for ski passes so you didn't have to stand in lines. The room was clean and close to everything. If you want to go to st Anton, you have to go through the pass, which sometimes may be closed or require chains, so be careful of that. They also had a spa, but it is not open all night. Would stay here again with a large group for sure.
There was no phone in the room - my mother had a pneumonia in Romania and it was impossible to reach her even from the Reception desk - where a person was available only a total of 3 hours per day.
The ratio quality to cost was awful,on Expedia the cost was 320 euros for 2 nights, after reservation it bacame almost 500 euros. They added 160 euros for cleaning - but cleaned only the bathroom.
I told them at the Reception desk that cost was too high for what they were offering (even breakfast was extra) and the cleaning was done only a bit in the bathroom.
A great apartment to choose if you are traveling to the region by car. Ski storage and sauna on site. The apartments and modern and well equipped. Fresh bread can be ordered and delivered for breakfast - nice touch. Really great accommodation, for me it was a little inconvenient from St Anton resort by bus/train, but with a car it's ideal!
