When we came from the city we found bedbugs (Cimex lectularius) in the bed. I complained to the staff who were unfriendly. They refused to change our room and told us that if we didn't like it to go sowhere else and they would give us our money back. I should mention that it was 9:30 pm, we were with children, on the eve of Orthodox Easter and the options were very limited. I went to a more expensive hotel, but they refused to pay the difference, part of it, or the cost of the taxi to that hotel. I also had a very unpleasant experience with booking.com Italy. Although theoretically I was supposed to benefit from priority support, the only options were a robot that spoke only in Italian and that if you don't have a perfect pronunciation in this language it doesn't understand anything, and an English chat to which they answered me the first time only after 3 days and they said that Hotel Terranova doesn't answer them, Verry dissapointing overall experience withboth hotel and booking.com.

Wszystko super, pan z recepcji nie mówi po angielsku, ale na spokojnie da się dogadać. Pomocny, dał nam mapkę okolicy ze wszystkimi zabytkami w Pizie. Lokalizacja świetna. Gdybym miała tu przyjeżdżać drugi raz, wybrałabym ten hotel☺️

Convenient and economical place to stay
Pros:

Very simple but clean room with friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely fine for an overnight stay if you arrive late from a flight as it is only a 20 minute walk from the airport. It is also not far from the centre and the leaning tower.

Cons:

There was a little bit of noise from others getting up early but it didn't bother us.
