The breakfast was varied and decent!
The reception was so unfriendly, the room was dirty and the bathroom had broken faucet. We asked to have the room cleaned on day 3, and they did not vacuum or clean the tub.

I had serious difficulties with the Shuttle as my phone did not work in the US. We got stuck at the airport station on our way back from down town Boston for 90 minutes on Friday evening. We had discussed the lack of a phone with the front desk on our arrival and advised that with their schedule we should wait no longer than 20 minutes. Two shuttles arrived during that time but one would not let us on as we had not phoned in and the other drove straight past. Eventually a good samaritan phoned the hotel for me and a shuttle came, but even then the driver was reluctant to let us on. A back up plan if phones do not work should be devised (my battery had run flat as well). A simple one is for the driver to phone and verify that we were staying at the hotel. The hotel offers a service that runs every 20 minutes from the hotel but the route should cover all stops for pickups, not just for those who call in.

As a Gold Elite Bonvoy I had a very disappointing stay at the TownePlace Suites Boston Logan Airport last week with my family, ahead of an early flight.
A few issues made the stay far more difficult than it should have been:
∙ We didn’t have enough bedding and had to call down twice before extra linens arrived
∙ The privacy blinds in our room were broken
∙ Highway/traffic noise from outside was significant and made it hard to sleep
∙ Between the noise and the bedding delay, we woke up exhausted for our early flight
∙ Tried calling several times and no answer so I had to trek down to the front desk and wait in the line due to understaffing.
∙ Checked in and room wasn’t ready which was fine but I was never informed when it was ready and then had to wait in line and go through the check in process all over again.
∙ To make matters worse, the airport shuttle left before we could catch it, forcing us to book an Uber instead
Given my loyalty to the Bonvoy program, I expected a much smoother experience, especially for a property so close to the airport where guests are often catching early flights.

The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast offered variety. Staff encountered was friendly and knowledgeable.
The parking cost is in addition to the room. The staffing was inadequate for the extra busy check in times.

Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer in Richtung Hof, dass war ideal. Frühstück war abgesehen vom Einweggeschirr gut( frischer Obstsalat, Joghurts, Eier...). Gleich um die Ecke ist die Busstation um in die Stadt zu gelangen(Umstieg nötig).
War alles ok.
