Un piccolo edificio creativo in Chiang Mai

Lo Staff dell’hotel è estremamente gentile e dispinibile. Ci hanno indicato luoghi da visitare e prenotato delle bellissime escursioni!
La struttura a livello architettonico era davvero interessante, con dettagli curati e scelta certamente non lasciata a caso dei materiali. La camera, la monkey room era molto bella e curiosa, ma necessita di qualche lavoro di manutenzione (il frigorifero esternamente era rotto) e di qualche luce in più perché di sera è un po’ buia. Disponibili in camera accappatoi, asciugamani, infradito, ombrelli e tutti i giorni 2 bottiglie d’acqua.
Il personale mi rimarrà nel cuore!

Das Konzept der Zimmer ist toll und außergewöhnlich. Wir hatten die Zimmer Pferd und Ziege

Cons:

Im Ziegenzimmer waren viele Bretter am Boden lose. Nägel haben heraus gestanden. Ein Treppe hat böse gewackelt. Ein Steckdose fiel fast heraus beim einstecken der Geräte. Verletzungsgefahr! Im Badezimmer sah man an der Dusche und am Vorhang überall Schimmel. Die Vorhängeim Schlafbereich waren sehr fleckig. Die Hygiene ist sehr fragwürdig.
Das Pferdezimmer roch sehr streng. Wir sind uns allerdings nicht sicher, ob das dort verarbeitete Holz so roch.

Cons:

I personally had to switch rooms shortly after arriving because the facilities were not operating properly. Like the tub wouldn’t fill up/ little water pressure. Curtains couldn’t be open. The room was hot even with AC

The second room was nice but no hot water in the tub.
It was in a walkway by the pool and entry so it was loud. I actually left early morning because I had trouble relaxing here. I’ve never done that before anywhere but I feel even with the decor it had low value.

Luxury prices, budget hotel.
Pros:

Location & friendly staff.

Cons:

The manager refused any form of refund when there are clear problems they have been aware of for some time. The photos are very old! And we couldn’t wait to leave.
We paid a premium to stay here to treat ourselves and here is what we found;
No hot water - apparently they’re aware.
No cleaner between stays
Cockroaches
Curtains are terrible, woke up early as they’re so think and also hanging off at the top.
Bath doesn’t drain
Drippy shower head
Dirty stained bath
Wobbly tap
No toilet roll on arrival I had to ask twice
Wires hanging from the ceiling; poor execution of design - booking.com made the room look stunning
Green pool, didn’t look nice to get in so we didn’t use
Thunder Bird hostel was so much nicer at a fraction of the cost.

It’s taken me a while to write this as I felt bad on the hotel but we feel like we’ve been scammed.

A one time stay hotel
Pros:

The location. It's close to Tha Phae Gate.

Cons:

First of all, the room we had THE TIGER ROOM has a door that won't locked properly. I injured myself trying to close and open it. We reported it already to the front desk but of the 5 days we were there, they never fixed it. And you can see it's been that way for a long time. I won't stay there again, definitely not in that room. I didn't take photos because it doesn't matter anyway. It's Thailand, they don't care, people still stay there for the price. I won't again. I hope they fix that room though.
