Pros:

Nice place near all, but it is a bit little difficultie to find the hotel. There is any signal where is the hotel, so when you enter the building you must go to the third floor and finally you find the right doors!!

Clean mini-hotel in excellent central location
Pros:

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Very clean and renovated place in great location. Helpful front desk staff. Decent breakfast. Room was set-up for 2 guests, despite it was booked for 3. No sofa bed as was advertised. The extra bed provided for our 13 year old daughter wasn't comfortable. This hotel is more suitable for couples or solo-travelers, not for the families. Elevator was out of order for the most time of our stay, so we have to carry our luggage to the 4th store of building (where this mini hotel located). And the worst part of our stay is non-existence of Wi-Fi. We would never book a hotel without Wi-Fi as we depend on internet in our business, so basically it has spoiled our stay absolutely!

В общем то хорошее место
Pros:

Отель приятный, только это сложно назвать отелем , в жилом доме на 3м этаже старого разрушающегося подъезда, впрочем как и все старые здания Питера, так вот одна из квартир является гостиницей . Самое главное !!! что номер не соответствует той картинке которая стоит на странице. Звукоизоляция никакая, шум с коридора весь в комнате , в 7 утра разбудил шум ! Кто то гремел в коридорах, шаги , все слышно . Все номера мелкие вдвоем в комнате тесно. Но большая хорошая ванная комната. Все очень чисто, новое. Завтрак обычный , но есть можно . Расположение гостиницы удобное, Невский в двух шагах, а сама улица Рубинштейна очень оживленная , много кафе баров, магазинов на любой вкус
