Pros:

Even the property is just recovered from flooding, it is ready to serve us. I like the breakfast the most, varieties of breakfast including Northern styles, fruits, etc.

Pros:

Peaceful place located on historical passage from Chiang Mai to Lam Phun which line up with century-tree. Staffs are the best! Breakfast is best of the best!
Highly recommend this place for people who want to hide-out from Chiang Mai crazed in the city center, but not so far to get back in to the downtown.

Pros:

Good stay! It's a bit far from central Chiang Mai and a tuk tuk will cost you around 100-120 baht to get to, say, Chiang Mai gate but opt for a song thaew if you can grab one. The room was clean and spacious and the hotel staff were super nice. They made my Mom and I krathongs to float as I was here for Loy Krathong. I'd definitely recommend if you don't mind traveling a bit.

Pros:

I had the privilege of being the first online booking for the Radtanaiya Residence back in December 2014. I was only in Chiang Mai for one night, en route to Hong Kong, and yet felt extremely welcomed and cared for -- really, like I'd had a big, friendly hug. The room was very comfortable and bright. The hearty home-cooked Thai breakfast kept me fueled all the way to Hong Kong. And, if it matters to you, know that the food is prepared and delivered with love. I even had a little bag of rice, without asking, to eat at the other end of the flight. The hotel is out of the way, and there is some traffic noise. The Holiday Inn is around the corner, and this is a handy reference for tuk-tuk drivers who might not know this place. There is a grassy courtyard, where you can relax outdoors. (Breakfast is served in the courtyard, too). Thanks for the thoughful service! Best wishes to the proprietors, as you get more established!
