Hotel is in a nice part of Krasnodar. Very safe area.

Это отель даже не 2 звёзды.
Номера расположены в корпусе через дорогу.
Лифта нет, на 4й этаж подняться это целое испытание, а с багажом просто нереально.
Номера меньше одноместной камеры.
Шум от улицы, все окна корпуса выходят на дорогу.
В ресторане на завтрак шведский стол. Летали мухи. Не работают мармиты, каша в 7.05 холодная (начало завтрака в 7.00). То же самое с сосисками и пюре.
В номере 4 канала телевидения, показывает только ТНТ остальные рябь, телефона в номере нет!.

on the night of arrival the hotel was fully booked and their staff kept lying to me trying to give me the last available room which was in a terrible condition (broken furniture, dirty) and not the category initially booked. When i argued that it went totally against the room description and photos on their own official website they told me the photos were obsolete and need to be updated and that there was nothing else they could do to help. 2 hours later they found a slightly bigger room for me with no windows and they called it a "business class" upgrade. These liars shouldn't be running this business. Stay away!

Very nice hotel, in the center of city, close to big shopping mall Galeria, and Krasnaya street with all shops, stores, cafes, restaurants.
Overall a great stay. Breakfast was fabulous. The only issue we had was AC in the room that wasn’t working initially when we got to our room, but after trying to fix it, unsuccessfully , they finally moved us to a different room with free upgrade and good working AC. Thank you!

Лучше отеля нет в Краснодаре. Как для отдыха, так и для работы!!! Останавливаюсь там всегда! Очень здорово!

Пожалуй, лучший отель для отдыха, в самом центре Краснодара, с отличными ценами и прекрасным спа-комплексом)))

An der Rezeption spricht man (wie in Russland leider üblich) wenig bis teilweise gar kein Englisch. Dementsprechend schwer fällt die Verständigung. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer gebucht. Allerdings lag dies nicht im eigentlichen Hotel selber, sondern auf der anderen Straßenseite gegenüber (über dem Supermarkt / Eingang links vom Supermarkt). Dort hat das Hotel wohl ein paar Privatwohnungen dazugemietet. Das fand ich sehr enttäuschend, da ich wegen sämtlichen Aktivitäten (Frühstück, Pool etc.) erst immer über die Straßenseite musste. Zudem war mein Zimmer sehr klein und hatte keinerlei Ausstattung. Nett gemacht ist der Frühstücksraum in der 6. Etage, von dem man einen Panorama Blick über Krasnodar hat.

Посетила отель 07.12.18 во время деловой поездки, выбрала номер типа "эконом"в отдельном корпусе. Номер небольшой, но чистый. Приятно было пользоваться бассейном, джакузи,хамамом. Очень порадовал вкусный завтрак. В ресторане на 6 этаже очень вкусно готовят, создана атмосфера нового года. Отдельно хочется отметить вежливых сотрудников. В следующий раз вернусь обязательно в этот отель, уже всем его рекомендую.

A really great place to stay. Rooms are very comfortable. Good quality Wifi. Aircon in all rooms. Heated indoor pool and jacuzzi ,🤗.
Tagir, the bartender is very friendly and great to talk to (via Google Translate).
Highly recommended.

Очень понравились бассейн и сауна. Завтрак хороший, годный. В нумерах чистенько.

Сервис шикарен: хорошая зубная паста, расческа, набор для бритья. Отличный бесплатный завтрак. Хороший бесплатный бассейн (в сауне максимум 60 градусов - очень мало). Бесплатная стирка 3х вещей в день. Одноместные эконом с тонкими стенами и небольшими кроватями. Круглосуточный супермаркет рядом.

Cheaper rooms are situated in a separate building just across the street. This should be clearer in the offer since it does make a difference being distanced from the pool and jacuzzi etc.

Jag blev placerad i en annan byggnad, vilket det inte stod något om. Hade inget kylskåp som det stod. Vänlig personal. Affär direkt utanför dörren, 24h.

Good location, easy check-in, nice lobby, good elevator, room better than expected, large bed, big TV, mini fridge - empty but 24 hour mini mart across the street, ample bathroom with big tub, heated towel bar and commercial hair dryer. Ate dinner at the restaurant ( buffet breakfasts included ) ( also outdoor tables - weather permitting )where we chose well prepared meals from a full menu.

Very spacious rooms, clean, great service.

Hotel is nice and in a very good location. But the elevator didn't work. Security guard was nice, and brought my suitcase to the 3rd floor, but when I left next morning I had to carry it down myself.The room was small and had a column(covering some plumbing or air duct) at the foot of the bed which restricted access to the window and other side of the bed. Made the room feel even smaller.
