Arkada Hotel

Расположена гостиница в самом центре, на набережной Фонтанки, поэтому пешие прогулки по центру возможны в любое время и независимо от расписания/работы транспорта. Сама гостиница находится во дворе дома, поэтому внутри тихо и спокойно. Все очень аккуратно, красиво и чисто, очень уютно. Персонал дружелюбный, подскажут и помогут всегда.
Нам повезло, номер был свободен и готов до времени заселения, и нас без проблем заселили раньше, спасибо за это.
И интернет (Wi-Fi) в номере ловит отлично, если вдруг нужно поработать, никаких проблем.

Все хорошо! Близкое расположение к Невскому и Московскому вокзалу, быстрое заселение раньше заявленного времени, нормальный завтрак, тихо, чисто. Рекомендую

Lo mejor, fue la atención que dan. Nos ayudaron mucho para poder conocer San Petersburgo y la ayuda que nos dieron cuando me accidente y me llegaron a una clínica, ademas de curarme en el hotel. Muy buena y cálida atención, muy importante para un turista de habla castellana con poco conocimiento de inglés.

スタッフが一生懸命に要望に応えようと頑張ってくれた。いつも笑顔のスタッフに親近感が湧いた。

Väldigt bra läge, bara en gata ifrån huvudgatan. Enkelt hotell, rent och fanns allt som hotell brukar erbjuda. Frukosten var inte i min smak men härligt att dem erbjuder. Det ända negativa jag kan säga är att det var väldigt tunna väggar. Man hörde grannen väldigt tydligt. Bra hotell för pengarna. Väldigt nöjd! Personalen var hjälpsamma och trevliga.

Una vez dentro es muy acogedor y el trato por parte del personal es miy bueno. El acceso no resulta fácil la primera vez si no se conoce el lugar o no te llevan. A nosotros nos dueron a buscar al aeropuerto, por lo que no tuvimos provlema. Quedamos muy contentos

Near to the city center and tourist attractions. Very friendly staff

It's a good choice this hotel, you are very well located, all facilities works well, a good breakfast. You have public transport near, also you are few yards from the main road.

The location can not be faulted - super close to main restaurant area and within walking Distance of major sights.
The hotel itself is average at best. The walls are paper thin, so if someone is talking in the reception or room next door, you’re going to have trouble sleeping. Breakfast is very basic.

スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで安心できる人だった。部屋もデザインが良く綺麗な部屋でベッドも寝心地がとても良かった。Wifiも無料でスピードも速く快適、お湯もすぐに温かいのが出て湯量も安定していた。　残念だったのは、壁が薄く下レストランのＴＶの音、隣室の人たちの声が筒抜けだった。（逆にこちらの鼾がうるさくて、迷惑をかけてしまったかも！ごめんね！）　　注意点は初めての人、ロシア国内でこのホテルに電話が掛けられない人はアクセスが難しい。ビル・マンションの内側の一角にホテルがあり、マンション入口には門があって、開門パスワードが必要。だから初めて行く人で電話できる人が良いが、ダメな人はメールを事前に打ってパスワードをゲットしておかないと入口でずっと待つ事になる。

Понравилось, что номер в отеле очень чистый, уютный, комфортный. Сам отель небольшой. Проблемно было только найти его среди множества одинаковых подъездов двора.

Funcionárias muito simpáticas e atenciosas. Quarto espaçoso e confortável. Café da manhã razoável. O hotel fica em um conjunto de edifícios residenciais, o espaço foi adaptado para hotel, é um pouco difícil localiza-lo quando se chega. Assusta um pouco porque o prédio é antigo e mal-conservado por fora, mas por dentro é limpo e confortável.

Quiet, clean, central and excellent value. Staff delightful and helpful. Don’t be put off by the slightly alarmingly dingy entrance from the courtyard - once at the hotel itself it’s fine.

Sijainti oli loistava, mutta hieman hurja sisäänmeno, pihan kautta ihan pihan perällä. Hotellin löytäminen oli vaikea jopa paikalliselle taksikuskille. Hotelli henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja avuliasta.

The staff were amazing. The breakfast was so delicious, I don't know why anyone has complained about it. The have competitive prices and English speaking drivers for transfers. It is not difficult to find if you look for a door bell on the Main Street next to the big gate. The pathway to the hotel is not maintained well but it's a residential area, it's nothing to do with them. The lack of lifts was good for us as we enjoyed so much breakfast. Never had problems with hot water. My only annoyance was the walls were paper thin. We wore ear plugs. We loved our stay, would stay there again. The girls who worked there spoke great English and were lovely.

El hotel se encuentra dentro de un conjunto habitacional a orillas de Río Fontanka y muy cercano a la principal calle comercial de San Petersburgo. A pesar de su ubicación el hotel es uno de los más cómodos y silenciosos en donde me he hospedado.
El hotel es considerado para muchos como un Bed & Breakfast, el desayuno tiene lo básico, no cambia durante la semana pero es suficiente para cargar energía y comenzar a explorar la ciudad.
La habitación es amplia, aunque la ducha es reducida al igual que el closet, es muy cómoda y silenciosa y está muy iluminada.
El hotel es excelente como base para explorar la ciudad, la principal avenida comercial está a poca distancia, en donde su puede usar el transporte público o los autobuses turísticos. Hay una estación del metro a 3 cuadras. También se encuentra cercano a la Catedral de Nuestra Señora de Kazán. A escasos metros del hotel hay un restaurante italiano muy bueno (Palermo) así como un minisúper abierto las 24 horas.

El personal del hotel es muy atento y por lo menos durante mi estancia había personal de guardia disponible a cualquier hora, me ayudaron mucho al explicarme como usar el transporte público y conseguir el traslado al hotel. Me hospedé 7 noches, las cuales fueron suficientes para conocer la ciudad, sus palacios, algunos de sus museos (El Hermitage es muy grande) y la gran cantidad de comida que ofrecen sus restaurantes.

Hotel was nice, a bit hard to find when is already dark. It is located back area of the yard. Room was good and clean. Breakfast was also okay: bread, vegetables, cheese, sausages, eggs, cornflakes, yogurt, juice and at least tea - not sure about coffee. Next to the hotel is 24/7 shop.

Мне очень понравился отель Аркада.Уютный современный номер,есть все необходимое,включая кондиционер и холодильник.Особо хочется отметить радушие персонала - мне пришлось уехать раньше запланированного срока,и администрация отеля любезно оплатила мне трансфер в аэропорт.Обязательно вернемся уже всей семьей:)
