Pros:

Sehr geschmackvoll renoviertes Gebäude aus der Kolonialzeit, zwei sehr schöne Innenhöfe, einmal mit Gartenanlage und Hängematte und einmal mit Pool. Sehr engagiertes, freundliches und aufmersames Personal, super Frühstück im schönen Innenhof. Selten habe ich mich wo so wohl gefühlt wie hier.

Pros:

Es un excelente hotel, sus habitaciones son muy cómodas, el lugar es muy acogedor, y el personal es muy atento y amable. Además cuenta con una excelente ubicación.

Cons:

Tal vez un punto a tomar en cuenta es que no posee restaurante, aunque si ofrece un excelente desayuno y dada su ubicación, se encuentra muy cerca de buenos lugares para comer.

Good for a short stay
Pros:

The hotel is located very well near the city centre. We enjoyed the outside area at the pool and we breakfast was so delicious!

Cons:

The rooms are are small, dark and oldish. Especially the bathroom needs a touch-up. Our expectations were higher for the price we payed.

Fabulous.
Pros:

This hotel is a gem. Fabulous location in the heart of Granada and walking distance to most attractions. I loved the decor and attention to detail. Extremely well appointed. I will definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, habitación confortable y con todos los servicios, el ambiente es muy tranquilo, camas cómodas, baños amplios, desayuno delicioso y una atención personalizada y atenta a cualquier novedad.

Cons:

No hay parqueadero en el mismo hotel, pero puedes dejar tu vehiculo a media cuadra en un parqueadero seguro y recomendado por el mismo hotel. Nada negativo que resaltar

Enjoyable once my room was changed.
Pros:

The first room #8 was off in a corner with a rock hard bed that I couldn’t sleep at all in the first night. I asked for a room with a more comfortable bed and was immediately given a nicer room with a firm but comfortable bed for the second night.

The social spaces were very nice.

Cons:

The bed on the first night and the room location. It was in a corner and was dark and faced a wall when you looked out the window.

Pros:

Hôtel colonial vraiment beau, situé au calme derrière la rue piétonne avec les restaurants.
Propre et petit déjeuner délicieux. Personnel très gentil et disponible, ils m’ont aidé à organiser les activités.

Beautiful hacienda turned into boutique hotel - highly recommended
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and has a great location. The neighborhood offers many nice places to eat and just have a stroll around. Walking distance to the town center, church, park, market, etc. and also to the bund. Staff was always really nice and ready to help. The pool area is nice and well equiped. I'd stay there again.

Cons:

I cannot really think of something I didn't like. I recommend staying in this beautiful hotel. Maybe just make sure to ask for a first floor room if you're not comfortable climbing stairs.

Great location and charming place to stay
Pros:

Well located and charming decor around the hotel, with two pretty courtyards, one with a small swimming pool. Comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast.

Cons:

One night we were kept awake by some exceptionally loud, very repetitive music late at night (assume from one of the nearby nightclubs). Not sure is it was a one-off as first night was fine! Not the hotel's fault but worth a word of warning!
