Stay was good. Staff was friendly and able to explain clearly. Near fengjia night market too.

Location was perfect, multiple night market nearby and plenty of food. Facilities was good for the price. Although the lift button is not sync feels abit weird ( had to press both lift button ). Overall would stay for its price and location

Cannot flush toilet paper in the toilet bowl because of poor piping system in the hotel. Hotel guests were instructed to throw them in the dustbin - very unhygienic practice

The location of Beacon Hotel is wonderful. It is smacked right in the middle of the Feng Jia Night Market. One can easily pop by the area be it in the morning for a quick bite on breakfast or a late-night supper.

Amenities wise are alright. One plus point, the shampoo provided by the hotel is one of the best amongst the majority of the hotels of the same price range I've patronised.

It is also convenient for drivers to pick up tourists right in front of the hotel. Those who are driving may face challenges in negotiating to the hotel car park entrance during the night.

Convenient location

Right in the center of feng chia. That could be the reason why it was noisy. Finds the room dark even though lights were all on.

Staffs are very friendly and polite. Hotel is very near to Fengchia Night Market. Everything is good, just the room is small.

Location is good, room is big enough and clean, but Wi-Fi is really poor, unable to watch videos on YT

The hotel looks very tired comparison to our previous stay. Hotel towels in major need of a change. Staff services are not quite as helpful as our previous stay. Far cry from our previous experience with this hotel.

The self service washing area could have been better with more machines to cater to the needs of the customers. long waiting as there are only one washing machine and 2 dryer, and it will be gd for customers to leave particulars so that other customer can know the clothes belong to which room.

One of the best location with very reasonable pricing. Clean room with lovely interior design and bathtub, only thing is breakfast could add an egg station

Very convenient. Near to Fengjia night market. Baggage was delayed and all essential items can be bought around the hotel before heading to Alishan.

Long waiting time for the lift. Not much variety for breakfast. But very convenient to Fengjia night market.

Good location and nice breakfast

We booked a family room (for 4). It is spacious. There is 2 washers and 2 dryers on the 8th floor, which we use on all 3 days of our stay. Fengjia night Market is just a minute walk away, and there are a few 7-11 and equivalent stores around. Breakfast is included in our accommodation, and quite typical of most hotels.

Room was clean. Location is great since it's right smack in Feng Jia Night Market. There was a laundry room, however tthere were not enough washing machines and dryers. Also needs a proper system to ensure people don't hog on to the machines. We ended up lugging our wet laundry to a 24hr coin operated laundromat (450m, 6min walk) to dry our clothes at 1am in the morning. Advice to anyone who wants to do their laundry, just go to the coin operated laundromat as they use industrial standard equipment there. Apart from that, the lifts are extremely slow and small. When a huge tour group arrives, you can be prepared to wait 15-20min just to get into the lift.
