Super Ambiente und sehr ruhige Atmosphäre, sehr schönes Hotel, alles top sauber. Sehr freundlicher und perfekter Service. Toller Wellness Bereich und großes Schwimmbad. Super Frühstück! Zur Skigondel nur 5 min. zu Fuß. Ganz lieben Dank für den tollen Urlaub!

Vacanță în Raiul Zăpezii !!!
Pros:

Un loc minunat,cu oameni binevoitori,serviabili,micul dejun este f.bun,curățenie deosebită.

Cons:

Nu ne-a plăcut faptul că dimineața,la micul dejun,eram mutați la altă masă,practic în aproape fiecare dimineață stăteam în alt loc.

It was okay but wilt repeat it
Pros:

Very clean room and staff was very nice and accommodating

Cons:

Temperature was horrible we couldn't sleep week for 4 days because they have automated heating system that can't reduce the temperature therefore we were hot and sweating all nights.
We even called the receptionist and they refused to give us a control over the heat and they said it's automated as they assumed all humans shall be able to sleep on that temperature
Also the water gets cold after while when showering.
My friend asked for get a fork and they were not happy because of that request even though was very normal to ask for a fork and they told my friend you can get fork but only this time, which is very unwelcoming and a bit rude.

Leuk hotel met mooie wellness redelijk dichtbij skilift. Gemist werd plek om te zitten/ iets te drin
Pros:

Goed ontbijt met vriendelijk personeel. De wellness en zwembad erg lekker na het skiën.
Relatief dichtbij skilift maar wel behoorlijke klim laatste stuk naar hotel maar gelukkig voldoende ski-depot mogelijkheden.

Cons:

Geen plek om te zitten/ drankje te drinken behalve op de eigen kamer.
De ontbijtruimte die tevens diende als bar was behalve rond het ontbijt gesloten. Wel op verzoek volgens eigenaar te openen. Was echter hoogdrempelig om te vragen.
