la ubicación, y el hotel es bonito aunque está descuidado, quizás antes era mejor pero le falta mantenimiento.

Cons:

En recepción amables, pero otras personas poco amables. Pedí buena vista y balcón, hice la reserva con mucha anticipación, pero nos dieron una vista interna horrible y por supuesto, sin balcón. Tengo pendiente que me contesten porque llegué a mi casa y revisando lo que me cobraron, hay una diferencia en el precio inicial.

Satisfecho con las instalaciones, no tanto con la atención a la habitación y el desayuno

La relación calidad precio, está bastante bien, buenas instalaciones, el personal es atento en recepción, buena ubicación pero si les falta mejorar algunas cosas como el servicio a la habitación y el desayuno que parece desayuno de 2 mil pesos.

Cons:

Tienen que mejorar el servicio a la habitación y definitivamente el desayuno, es una de las cosas que no me gustaron para nada ni a mi ni a mi pareja, sin embargo las instalaciones están bien cuidadas

La ubicación del hotel es buena

Cons:

Reservamos dos habitaciones. El hotel no es 4 estrellas, por el estado de las instalaciones y el servicio es más un hotel 3 estrellas.
La limpieza del hotel no es buena. En la primera noche vimos que las sábanas tenían hormigas y estaban sucias. El segundo día nos dejaron la caneca de la basura llena sobre una mesa, un vaso sucio y no nos dejaron toallas. Al llamar a la recepción a pedir toallas, sabiendo que éramos dos personas, nos enviaron solo una toalla. Una señora irrespetuosa llevó la toalla y se burló porque no entendía por qué necesitábamos dos toallas.

Las habitaciones con baños nuevos y diferentes alternativas. Ubicación y atención del personal así como la piscina limpia.

Cons:

Desayuno y parqueadero pequeño además de que era el patio del alojamiento, se veía lavadoras en mal estado y desorganizado.
