everything was as it should be
Pros:

The property met my expectations: clean and bright small apartment, great bathroom, everything is in order and works, comfortable bed, quality bedding, blinds, pleasant temperature, quiet street, clean towels every third day, mini kitchen - everything was as it should be, including the very decent price of accommodation.

Cons:

The check-in machine comes with instructions in German, so first connect to the facility's free internet to translate and understand it (if you don't speak German). And bring a chip payment card.

Pros:

Great location near by main train station and subway!Room was clean and in perfect condition, comfortably furnished.

Cons:

Check in is not working well tho, no one provided me security codes for the check in machine by email prior. Luckily lady over the support helped. Cheers for free room upgrade. :)))

Bello ma senza supporto
Pros:

La posizione è molto comoda a due passi dalla stazione centrale e a pochi metri dalla fermata metropolitana. Una volta comprese le istruzioni è possibile ricevere subito le chiavi tramite un distribuitore automatico.

Cons:

Non esiste personale, tranne quello di sevizio ovviamente. Viene fatto tutto in automatico sia la consegna delle chiavi che l accesso. Ad un certo punto ci serviva supporto perché si può entrare solo con un numero di prenotazione (che non ci era arrivato via mail) e abbiamo mandato un messaggio a cui non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta. Se dovesse servire un supporto non si riceve risposta essendo tutto automatico.

Ameisenplage
Cons:

Das Zimmer war voller Ameisen, es war eine richtige Plage. Wir wollten dort nicht übernachten. Wir haben versucht telefonisch und über Nachrichten Kontakt aufzunehmen um eine Lösung zu finden. Es hat uns nie jemand zurückgerufen oder Nachrichten beantwortet. Wir haben keinerlei Hilfe oder Reaktion bekommen.
