Die Lage am Millstätter See ist sehr schön und bietet einen guten Ausblick. Die Umgebung ist grundsätzlich attraktiv.

Cons:

Leider überwiegen die negativen Erfahrungen deutlich. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist teilweise deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Besonders problematisch war jedoch der Umgang des Hotelbesitzers mit Gästen. Nach meinem Aufenthalt wurde ein zusätzlicher Betrag für eine Halbpension verlangt, der aus meiner Sicht weder klar vereinbart noch transparent kommuniziert wurde. Als ich dies hinterfragte, reagierte der Hotelbesitzer äußerst unfreundlich und drohte sogar mit der Polizei, falls ich den Betrag nicht sofort bezahlen würde. Ein derartiges Verhalten gegenüber Gästen empfinde ich als absolut unseriös und unprofessionell.

Das Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr Gut
Die Lage etwas weg von der Stadt und am Hügel oben man muss gut per Fuß sein Ansonsten braucht man ein Auto
Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Hotel mit sehr gutem Essen.

Cons:

Eine höhere Toilettenmuschel die vorhandene ist sehr nieder oder einen Handgriff
Und an der Balkontüre ein Fliegennetz
Ansonsten alles bestens

Frühstück war super. Seitlicher Blick auf den See beim Frühstück und direkt daneben der eingezäunte
Spielplatz haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Das Bad hätte etwas größer sein können aber für uns war das ok. Alles sehr sauber.

Super gut aufgenommen und bis zum Schluss wie ein König behandelt. Immer nachgefragt, ob alles noch stimmt und eventuell Fragen oder Sonderwünsche existieren. Alle waren sehr sehr nett !

Capodanno al Bellevue
Pros:

Molto bella la piscina perché calda e accogliente, anche la sauna e zona relax silenziosa. Poi bello e completo il buffet sia a Colazione sia a cena. Ci hanno prestato lo slittino per la bimbe. La festa di capodanno è stata bellissima con balli, brindisi e fuochi d'artificio!!!

Cons:

Ascensore non arrivava fino al ns. (ultimo piano) quindi c'erano due rampe di scale con le valigie. Al buffet alla sera non c'era scelta per i dolci: un solo tipo proposto.
