St Valentino weekend
Pros:

We were there for the St Valentino weekend, stayed 2 nights and experienced the spa and the breakfast, lunch and dinner. Spa is very good, several different massage and facial offerings. Very good experience. Rooms are not great even though we stayed in one of the best suit room.
Breakfast is open buffet and very good offerings. Lunch was good we select the food from the menu. I have to admit that we had 2 evenings set menu and was really bad. I understand the kitchen’s limitations to offer set manu to the big group, but btw courses we had to wait an hour and the taste of the food was not good. Of course the timing of the stay had limited out door time, so we spend time in the spa which we liked the best

Das Frühstück hat meinen Erwarteungen nicht entsprochen. Die bestellten Rühreier waren nicht frisch zubereitet. Die Farbe der Eier sprach für sich. Aufgewärmt vom Vortag, so kam es uns vor.
Außerdem wurde jeder Kaffee extra abgerechnet. Das geht gar nicht.

Where time stands still.
After leaving a hotel that did not meet my expectations, I booked a two-day stay at the Hotel Principe di Fitalia. From the very first moment, I was greeted with a smile and felt the warmth of true Sicilian hospitality. I ended up extending my stay to a full week, enjoying the pool, the gym, and the spa. What can I say — I want to return to Sicily!

A special mention goes to the breakfast, where nothing is missing — from sweet to savory. I truly hope to come back soon to meet once again those who made our holiday so special: Giorgia, with her radiant smile; Michele, always serious and professional; Santino, ever ready to fulfill every wish; and Paolo, whose Shirodhara massage transported me to another dimension.

Wonderful experience!
Pros:

Lovely hotel with large natural setting which is very peaceful. The staff are wonderful and the service is top notch. The breakfast bar is really good. You need a vehicle as it's a ten minute drive to Syracuse. Overall a very nice experience.

Pros:

The hotel is by itself a nice scene in the countryside Sicilie. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by field. Not very far from the city by car. The facilities are either new or well maintained. The service can be offered in English and the stuffs are professional and kind. We enjoyed the Sun a lot in the afternoons outside next to the pool.

I stayed at this hotel with my wife and daughters from October 16th to 24th, and here you are not just a room number — you are treated as a unique individual. You are always at the center of attention, and you truly feel like a prince.

It was my second stay, and each time I leave, I can’t wait to come back. The hotel is beautiful, surrounded by vast green spaces that ensure complete privacy. The rooms are spacious, elegantly furnished, and overlook the pool. The outdoor pool area, wellness center, and indoor pool are simply magnificent — a true paradise of relaxation.

The assistance provided at the kids’ club is impeccable, and the staff is undoubtedly the greatest asset of this outstanding hote

Perhaps I did not stay at the same hotel as others describe. I was at the Principe di Fitalia in October, at a time when I needed to put behind me a difficult moment in my life, and I chose this place following the recommendation of a relative. I must thank him, as I spent a truly relaxing week, far from the chaos of the city and cared for by everyone. I greatly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the property and the nearby beach.

My thanks go to the entire staff — Rosa, Paolo, Santino, and Michele — for their kindness, and also to Giorgia, who recommended a nearby seaside restaurant, Ondablu, where we had the wonderful experience of collecting mussels and tasting them fresh.

Thank you, and see you again on my next trip to Sicily.
