Didn’t have the breakfast. Didn’t know there was one.
I needed a traveler’s doctor during my stay. Staff didn’t have any info or contacts for international travelers.
Great location, delightful staff, and the services matched the price.
The bed was fine but the pillows were bad enough that it made our sleep rough.
We stayed here to be close to The Auditorium. Perfect location for us to be able to walk around Chicago. There is a parking garge around the corner where we parked for the weekend at $53 vs the $83/day at the hotel. The beds were comfortable, pillows sink down if you dont like flatter pillows. We did not check out the rooftop bar or the restaurant but there seemed to be quite a few people in the restaurant as we were coming and going.
Staff with incredibly nice and had lots of information and answered all my questions
The walls are very thin, so the people next to us were up till 5:57 AM. Made it very hard to sleep.
I liked that u need a card to use the elevator
that there were no trash bags in any of the trash cans
We arrived before check in time and the room was ready for us. The room was everything we needed. House keeping made our beds and replaced our towels every day, which was nice to come back to after a busy day. The hotel stored our luggage for us after we checked out so that we didn’t have to carry it around until our train departure later in the day. The staff were very friendly.
Drunk college kids banging on their friends’ room doors at 3 am. Not really the fault of the property but it was annoying to be woken up by the frat boys.
Location
Parking to pricy
Beautiful and clean!
We loved it all!
The front desk was accommodating and helped me with a few requests. The room was comfortable and clean.
I didn’t like that their parking was valet. It would have cost $89 to park there. Luckily there is a self park parking garage a block before you get to the hotel that’s $30 less to park yourself.
Posizione, camera spaziosa, ristorante al piano della reception
The elevators were very fast. The valet was excellent, a little pricey but they were timely and took care of my car.
Started as soon as we checked in. I told the front desk it was our first time in Chicago but she remained uninterested and gave me our keys. I had to ask about parking, she did not volunteer any information other than there was valet. The towels were worn and the bed is a platform bed that was hard. There was no ventilation for the bathroom. The ac in the room was loud switching on and off. For a Hyatt, I expected more luxury, but got more of an okay experience. Needless to say we were disappointed in our stay.
