Hoped it would be better.
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Our room was never cleaned during a four night stay. Beds were made but no towel, toilet paper or coffee replenishment. It took almost an hour for the valet to get us our car. Elevators are extremely slow. Only one of three treadmills worked properly. We’ve stayed here before visiting our college kid and it’s great location but not worth it.

Eloise was amazing. I would not return to this hotel.
Pros:

Eloise at the front desk was incredible! The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel had cancelled my hotel room, but blamed it on booking.com even though booking.com had me still confirmed. The other front desk person, not Amazing Eloise, was not interested in helping this situation at all—she shut down any questions I had and made me seem like the problem.

The walls in the room were pretty beat up and there were cobwebs in the corners.

There is no area to buy snacks or drinks beyond the water bottles in your room. There are two restaurants and they are too expensive for the mediocre food.
