PERFECT
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The food was amazing, and the service was truly exceptional. everything was at a very high standard. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were kind, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Bardzo udany pobyt!
Pros:

Pyszne jedzenie w hotelowej restauracji, czysty i komfortowy pokój oraz przepiękny widok na Alpy. Miła i pomocna obsługa, duży parking bezpośrednio pod hotelem i ogromny plus za psiolubne podejście. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Pros:

Het uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet was goed. Het enige wat we misten was wat meer zoet beleg. De gratis lunch (bij halfpension) in de namiddag was een groot pluspunt. Ook leuk om te zien dat ze de 'restjes' van de dag ervoor hergebruiken op een creatieve manier voor de lunch. Het 5 gangen diner 's avonds was lekker. De vegetarische / plantaardige menu was ook zeer lekker. Daarnaast was het ook fijn dat er een popcornmachine aan de uitgang van het restaurant stond als extra snackje.
Onze kamer werd elke dag proper gekuist en we kregen voldoende handdoeken.
In de ruime en functioneel ingerichte familie kamer in het bijgebouw waren voldoende kledinghangers en kapstokken.
Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk.
Zowel het buiten- als binnenzwembad hadden een aangename temperatuur. De sauna boven was vaak te druk. De zeep (in de kamer en wellnessruimtes) rook zeer lekker. Ook leuk dat de conditioner apart was. In de badkamer was ook voldoende ruimte om je toilettassen te zetten.
De locatie van het hotel is top! Het hotel ligt in een rustig dorpje en met de auto ben je overal zeer snel. Ook is er een goede bus en treinverbinding. De wandelingen in de buurt zijn prachtig.

Cons:

De bediening in het restaurant kwam vaak nogal gehaast over. De service was vlot maar de gangen volgende zich vaak te snel na elkaar op waardoor je niet 100% op je gemak eet. (Dit zou je al deels kunnen verhelpen door de obers wanneer ze je eten brengen kort te laten vertellen wat er op je bord ligt.)
Daarnaast miste ik ook wat variatie bij het ontbijt. Het zou leuk zijn mocht er afgewisseld worden met soorten kaas, fruit, yoghurt, hummus, ... . Ook bij de salad bar 's avonds zou het leuk zijn moesten er elke avond bijvoorbeeld een andere soort kaas liggen.
De bedden in onze kamer waren nog al hard.
In de welness stonden wasmanden voor de gebruikte handdoeken, maar die waren tegen het eind van de middag vaak al helemaal vol, waardoor alle handdoeken er gewoon naast op de grond lagen. Dit was geen mooi zicht.
Ook was het jammer dat er geen aparte bar was waar je voor of na het eten terecht kon. De bar nu zit midden in het restaurant waardoor je er niet echt kunt ontspannen. Op het beneden verdieping was er wel de 'living room' met een bar maar die was niet in gebruik, jammer. Een oplossing is misschien een barservice zoals aan het zwembad aan te bieden maar dan voor in de 'living room'.

Toller Pool, das vegane Essen war wirklich super. Soviel Auswahl an veganen Desserts auch am "kleinen" Mittagsbuffet. Also unbedingt mit Halbpension buchen.

Pros:

Frühstücksbüffet war reichhaltig und sdd es hr lecker und die Lage war auch super
Personal sehr freundlich

Cons:

Im Bad war die Toilette sehr eng und das hat ziemlich gestôrt
Eltern mit Kindern war teilweise ziemlich unangenehm und laut, besonders im Poolbereich wurde keine Rücksicht genommen !!!
