Nothing because I could not stay there
I requested a room with a shower due to mobility issues following surgery on my foot and explained that it's unsafe for me to use a bath at present.
A room with shower was not available but they did not bother inform me of this until I arrived to check in. The receptionist was very rude, she argued with me when I said that a shower is a basic necessity for me if I book a room. She told me I could stay at their one star hotel across the road if I wanted a room with a shower, and then began telling me what to to if there were any issues there with hot water etc. I refused to go to the other hotel as it did not sound at all appealing to me.
Hotel San Glorio had already taken non refundable payment at the time of booking, so they had my money but did not have the courtesy to let me know in advance of my arrival that they could not provide suitable accommodation for me.
They also refused a refund, claiming that a shower is not guaranteed. Given my current circumstances with lack of mobility and walking with a crutch, plus the fact that I had informed them weeks in advance that a shower was a necessity for me, in my opinion their customer service is appalling. An exception should have been made and a refund given, as I had to find accommodation elsewhere at very short notice.
Thankfully, booking.com customer service were very courteous, helpful and understanding of my situation, and they fully covered the cost of the new booking so I was not left out of pocket.
San Glorio receptionist was just horrible to me, they don't deserve any business if this is how they treat customers.

The price seemed high - at a lower price point I would have been much more positive. Prices may have been forced up by a home football game happening that night.
An excellent budget hotel. Great location, only a short walk from the bus station, train station and ferry port. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Has everything you need for a short stay. Good value for money. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

Secure underground parking nearby at a reasonable €11 per night.
The room had a/c.
Breakfast was available in the adjoining bar from 08:00, coffee, croissant & orange juice for a reasonable €5.35.
The bedrrom and bathroom were desperately in need of updating, the old wooden wardrobe had an unpleasant smell when opened.
I suspect my room (135) was linked to private accommodation next door, the noise from there was unacceptable.
Die junge Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und ermöglichte mir einen Zimmertausch. Supermarkt gegenüber,und der Weg zum Bahnhof/Busbahnhof in ein paar Minuten machbar.
Das Zimmer in den Innenhof ist sehr dunkel.
