Enttäuschender Aufenthalt in vielen Bereichen
Pros:

Vorweg sei gesagt: Die vielen positiven Bewertungen sind für uns sehr irreführend und absolut nicht nachvollziehbar. Hier zweifelt man doch an der Echtheit dieser Bewertungen.
Ich bin davon überzeugt, dass mit kleinen Veränderungen schon viel gewonnen werden könnte.
Positiv erwähnen kann man das Frühstück, und teilweise auch den Saunabereich.

Cons:

Hier gibt es leider viele Dinge aufzuzählen.
In unseren Augen sind die Classic Doppelzimmer in dem Zustand wirklich nicht mehr vermietungswürdig. Ja, das Bad wurde modernisiert, das ändert aber nichts am Zustand des restlichen Zimmers, das so alt ist, das wir uns überhaupt nicht wohlgefühlt haben. Der rote Teppich und das senfgelbe Sofa sind absolut nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Außerdem hatte unser Zimmer im vierten Stock lediglich Fenster auf Kopfhöhe. Man kam sich ein wenig vor wie im Gefängnis.
So ein Zimmer für über 250€ die Nacht- da passt das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht.
Wir haben dem Personal unsere Unzufriedenheit mitgeteilt. Sie sagten allerdings, dass alle Zimmer in dieser Kategorie so seien, eine Änderung wäre also nicht möglich.
Die nächst bessere Kategorie wäre direkt eine Suite für einen deutlich höheren Preis.
Die löblichen Kommentare zum Abendessen können wir noch weniger nachvollziehen.
Das Essen wird ganz offensichtlich tagsüber vorbereitet und warm gehalten. So bilden sich auf Kartoffeln und Co Krusten und das Fleisch wird staubtrocken. Das ist kein vier Sterne Niveau.
Das Teewasser beim Frühstück war nur lauwarm, was übrigens auch zwei weitere Tische beanstandet haben. Geändert wurde nichts.
Auch im Wellnessbereich sind viele alte Einrichtungselemente, die abgenutzt sind und den Erholungsfaktor deutlich schmälern. Die gelben Auflagen und orangenen Gardinen sorgen für keine schöne Atmosphäre. Auch das ausrangierte Becken für Fußbäder irritiert etwas. Hier könnte mit wenig Aufwand viel geändert werden.
Alles in allem hatten wir das Gefühl man möchte hier nichts investieren und die Modernisierung so lange es geht hinauszögern. Es kommen anscheinend trotzdem ausreichend Gäste.
Wir werden es definitiv nicht tun.

Erneut ein toller Aufenthalt im Tannenhof - Danke!
Pros:

Wir kommen regelmäßig seit 10 Jahren zum Tannenhof, es ist ein absoluter Traum. Alle Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich, Sauna ist gut ausgestattet und das Essens ist auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, wir waren aber nie viel drin, das Bett ist super bequem, das ist für uns wichtig. Es war aber immer sehr sauber und das Badezimmer ist frisch renoviert.

מלון יפה, חדרים חדשים ומרווחים, מרפסת לנוף מהמם, ארוחת ערב מעולה מלבד ערב אחד שבו האוכל לא היה טעים, למי שמזמין חצי פנסיון יש גם ארוחת צהרים קלה בצהרים, למלון יש חניה, מלבד עובדת אחת כל עובדי המלון היו נעימים וסבלניים

לא היה אפילו מאוורר בחדר, יומיים היו חמים ממש בשל גל חום, היה בלתי נסבל, גם בלובי ובחדר האוכל אין לא מיזוג ולא מאווררים!! בחדר גם רין מקרר אז אי אפשר לקרר מים או לקנות חלב לקפה בבוקר, בערב אין אפילו מים לשתיה וצריך לקנות. כל בקבוק 7 וחצי יורו. לא מאפשרים להכניס שתיה לחדר האוכל. בין הסלון למיטה הזוגית יש מדרגה, פעמיים נפלתי ונחבלתי. ממש לא בטיחותי!

I would recommend this hotel to friends and others.
Pros:

- Free parking
- staff was amazing and supportive
- hotel location is exceptional

Cons:

- room was so small
- TV was so small so no way to be used.
- No Air conditioner so it was warm during day time.
- No tea table and water boiler in the rooms
- pre selected table for guest during break fast and dinner.

Gyönyörű a kilátás, isteni ételek!
A chef csodás kreálmányai nagyon ízletesek voltak. Gratulálok Neki és persze a felszolgáló magyar személyzetnek is.

A wellness is csodaszép és igényes volt.

Maga a hotel kívül belül gyönyörű!!

Ottlétünk alatt kifogtuk sajnos a 37 fokos kánikulát, emiatt igen csak felmelegedett a szobánk :(
Hiányzott nagyon a légkondicionáló.. :(
Éjfél előtt egyszer sem bírtunk elaludni..
A reggeli hűs levegő egy áldás volt néhány óráig..

Az ágyhoz való fellépő lépcső baleset veszélyes, legalább lenne ott pld valamilyen foszforeszkáló világító, amely jelzi, hogy kb 10-12 cm le illetve fellépés jön. Csak a szerencsének köszönhető, hogy nem estünk el néha, vagy bicsaklott ki a bokánk.
