Gutes Hotel - auch für Radreisende
Pros:

Ein gut gelegenes Hotel im Herzen von Spindlermühlen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Abendbrot a la carte war wirklich ausgesprochen gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet ebenfalls.
Unsere Fahrräder konnten sicher abgestellt werden.

Ve skutečnosti suterén a výhled na parkoviště.
Pros:

Upřímně, po celé zkušenosti je velmi těžké hledat něco, pozitivního. Pokoj byl uklizený, což ale považuji u hotelu za naprostý základ.

Cons:

Jedna z nejhorších a nejvíce frustrujících zkušeností s ubytováním, jakou jsme zažili.

Rezervovali a zaplatili jsme pokoj, u kterého bylo na Booking.com výslovně uvedeno „VÝHLED NA HORY“. Realita? Pokoj prakticky v suterénu, okna na úrovni asfaltu a přímý výhled na PARKOVIŠTĚ A ZAPARKOVANÁ AUTA. Fotografie přikládám, takže si každý může udělat obrázek sám.

Nejhorší na celé situaci je, že na recepci nám bylo bez větších rozpaků sděleno, že HOTEL MÁ POPIS POKOJE ŠPATNĚ. Jinými slovy: zákazník si podle nabídky rezervuje pokoj s konkrétní vlastností, přijede na místo, dostane něco zásadně jiného a teprve poté se dozví, že popis vlastně neodpovídá realitě. Hotel byl údajně plný, takže výměna pokoje nebyla možná.

Cítili jsme se jednoznačně podvedeni.

Snídaně náš dojem nevylepšila. Nedostanete ani espresso a problém byl dokonce i s obyčejným černým čajem. Jedna z pracovnic obsluhy navíc hostům opakovaně vysvětlovala, že v hotelu „tráví svou dovolenou“. Chvíli působila mile, následně až drze a nevhodně.

Při odjezdu se nám jiná recepční velmi omlouvala. Po předchozím přístupu a celé zkušenosti však omluva působila téměř absurdně a náš pocit už nemohla změnit.

Kdyby byl pokoj na Booking.com pravdivě prezentován jako pokoj na úrovni parkoviště s výhledem na auta, NIKDY BYCHOM SI HO NEREZERVOVALI.

Za nás katastrofální zkušenost.

Aussichtsreiches Hotel oberhalb des Ortskerns

Schöner Blick von der Terrasse und Fußweg vom Hauptkamm direkt am Hang zum Hotel, gute Speisekarte am Abend (dann allerdings nicht die günstige Halfboard Pauschale), kinderfreundlich

Cons:

Der Speiseraum hat am Abend nicht die Gemütlichkeit einer Baude. Großteile des schönen Grundstücks sind den Autos vorbehalten. Könnte wunderschöner Garten sein…

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels und die Parkmöglichkeiten waren sehr gut. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr gut und umfangreich und der Frühstücksraum geschmackvoll eingerichtet sowie das Personal sehr nett.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer machte einen sehr abgewohnten Eindruck, so war die Auslegware mit Flecken übersät, dreckig und abgelaufen. Der Bettbezugsstoff war an den Kopfteilen großflächig abgefallen und die Gardine wies Löcher auf.
Einem 4-Sterne Hotel entspricht so ein Zimmer wohl kaum.

Kozy i owce do których można było wejść i pogłaskać-super rozrywka dla dzieci w każdym wieku.
Darmowe bilety na dwa pobliskie wyciągi były super dodatkiem.
