Pros:

Hotel ładnie położony, blisko centrum miejscowości i stoków. Restauracja z ładnym widokiem i dobrym jedzeniem. Ładnie urządzona sala zabaw dla dzieci.

Cons:

Przy rejestracji był problem z pokojem, który potem został zmieniony. Pokój na poziomie -1, w sąsiedztwie pomieszczeń gospodarczych i technicznych, z widokiem na parking - nie spełnił oczekiwań. Słabej jakości pościel i zniszczone wykładziny, a do tego hałaśliwe kelnerki za ścianą. Niedopałki papierosów w godzinach wieczornych/nocnych, lądowały z pokoju obok przed oknem naszego pokoju. Brak szacunku do gości i pracownika hotelu, który zapewne musiał to uprzątnąć :/
W restauracji nie fajne było ostentacyjne porządkowanie stolików i podłóg obok gości, którzy mogli jeszcze o tej godzinie spożywać śniadanie.

Odpowiada mi położenie hotelu Śnieżka w cichej lokalizacji i z pięknymi widokami z okna.
Pros:

Śniadanie na przyzwoitym poziomie, była moja ulubiona fasolka w sosie pomidorowym. Menu było odpowiednie zarówno dla dorosłych, jak dla dzieci.

Cons:

Ciepłe dania nie zawsze były ciepłe - np. jajecznica. Mnie osobiście brakowało zwykłego białego twarogu. Brakowało mi także pojemników na odpadki, jak skorupki jajek czy opakowania masła albo saszetki po herbacie.

Cudowny pobyt z Rodzin
Pros:

Hotel w bardzo dogodnej lokalizacji Blisko centrum oraz stoków i wyciągów W hotelu pokój rodzinny bardzo przestronny Czysto, ciepło, cicho i bardzo komfortowo. Śniadania bardzo dobre zróżnicowane i każdy nawet największy niejadek znajdzie cos dla siebie. Ogromnym atutem jest rowniez parking oraz narciarska z szafka i suszarka na buty przypisana do każdego pokoju. Rada dla każdego kto wybiera sie zimą do Śnieżki. Rekomendujemy łańcuchy na kola zeby bez stresu podjechać do hotelu i na parking Gorąco polecamy i na pewno wrócimy.

Die Lage war gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer entsprach nicht der Beschreibung. Es lag im Untergeschoss, nicht wie angegeben im Erdgeschoss. Es war recht dunkel und wegen des Parkplatzes direkt davor auch nicht besonders ruhig. Es gab keine freie Steckdose, schon gar nicht in Bettnähe. Der Wasserkocher funktionierte nicht richtig und nach Toilettenpapier mussten wir extra fragen. Der Teppichboden im Bereich der Garderobe war bei unserer Ankunft durchnässt.

The room was nice.

Cons:

This was a very mix experience, after booking we had some communication with them, which was great, we told them that we were going to spend our honeymoon there and we were bringing my service dog, they accepted my service dog and informed us on how we could get the stay a bit cheaper (unfortunately we couldn't take advantage of it since the money was already charged) and that we could charge our electric car at their sister hotel close by.

When checking in we felt like it was irritating for the attendent to check us in and that she didn't want us there, no hello and welcome and no congratulations on our wedding, nothing just are you here to check in what's your name.
We saw there was champagne glasses and drinks in the lobby, but we were not offered any, we later saw other people checking in (with another clerk) who got drinks and we asked if you had to have a special room, but were told that everyone gets offered a drink, we didn't want to dig further into the issue so we just left it there.

When we came to the room it was ice cold and the radiator was off, we paid extra for a superior room with mounting view, we got a corner room with view of the road and a mountain in one window and the other was the road and the palace hotel, we didn't want to complain after the welcome we got we felt that wouldn't get us anywhere.
Had we gotten the similar room across the hallway we would have had full mountain view.
Living next to the road also proofed difficult since we got woken up every morning at 5 am because of the snowplow.
Besides this there was no WiFi connection in the room, for a 4 star hotel this is not okay.

Skiing, there is room for the skies but besides that we can not recommend this hotel for skiing unless you are willing to either drive down every day or pay a taxi or walk and get tired and sweaty before you get to the slopes.
