Pros:

Snídaně byla dle obvyklých standardů a velmi dobrá. Když se přijde později na snídani, tak už tam není taková nabídka.

Cons:

Trochu vázla obsluha večer v restauraci, ale je to asi tím, že hotel nemůže nasadit do restaurace, která večer není plná, více personálu vzhledem k nákladům na zaměstnance. Úplně mi to nevadilo, ale někdo by se mohl cítit nekomfortně, že kolem něj nepoletuje stále číšník a něco nenabízí. Je potřeba si uvědomit, že je to hotel menšího typu, ale na krásném místě a ne v rušném centru města. Jinak personál je moc vstřícný a milý, hlavně slečny na recepci.

Skvělý poměr ceny a rozsahu služeb obsažených v ceně (polopenze, wellness, jízdné na lanovky). Také oceňuji, že jsme byli vítáni s našim psem. Měl na pokoji přichystaný pelíšek, misku a něco na zub.

Starší vybavení, hlavně koberec by potřeboval akutně vyměnit.

Jídlo perfektní, večeře velmi chutné, jíte kolik se do vás vejde :) formou bufetu. Lokalita. Wellness. Zoo koutek v hotelu. Lanovky zdarma.

Cons:

V rodinném pokoji bylo jedno lůžko gauč s velmi tvrdou matraci, to určitě chce vyřešit.

Pros:

Od hotelu oczekuję tylko ciepłego i czystego pokoju, wygodnego łóżka, czystej pościeli oraz czystej łazienki. Hotel sam w sobie nie jest celem mojej podróży, dlatego pokój ekonomiczny, który wybrałam, absolutnie spełnił te oczekiwania. Jeżeli jednak ktoś potrzebuje przestronnego apartamentu na piętrze wyższym, niż parter, to powinien wybrać inny pokój (niż ekonomiczny). Bezproblemowy dojazd do hotelu i duży parking (z którego mogliśmy skorzystać od rana w dniu zameldowania). Wspaniały Personel, bardzo pomocny, uprzejmy i uśmiechnięty. Urozmaicone śniadania i kolacje. Serdecznie polecam!

Výborné snídaně, milý personal. Super bylo,že jsme mohli každý den do wellness. A hodně se mi líbilo,že připravili předem pelíšek i s miskou a mlskami pro našeho pejska. To se nám ještě nikde nestalo.

Cons:

Lokalita dobrá, jen Nemci tam jezdí jak blázni do jiného hotelu a bohužel z hotelu Sněžka se hned vychazí na silnici takže když máte třeba deti nebo pejska musíte být ve střehu. Jinak nemám co vytknout.

Понравилось всё, уютно, чисто. Девушка на ресепшене очень приветлива, помогла нам приобрести билеты, за что очень благодарны. Завтрак хороший в просторном зале с выходом на террасу. Была возможность посетить spa зону, но мы не успели. Воспользовались парковкой.
