Hotel spełnił moje oczekiwania. Pokój byl czysty, urządzony gustownie. Położenie hotelu też jest ok. Blisko do tramwaju skąd można się dostać do ścisłego centrum.

Pros:

Lovely room, bathroom was very modern, had a good desk and lounge chair in addition to the bed. Lots of plugs and charging options, and the water dispenser in the hall was superb.

Cons:

Missing a fridge in the room, I thought the extra charge to use the pool wasn't great, and the gym was missing a barbell and plates. Also there needs to be better signage to get to the gym.

Poor Service and Low Value for Money
I recently stayed at Hampton by Hilton Krakow, and while the hotel facilities are decent, our overall experience was severely marred by poor communication, unhelpful staff, and room maintenance issues.

Prior to our arrival, I sent an inquiry regarding our booking, but received no reply. When we arrived, we requested to accommodate one additional person in our room for an extra fee. The front desk and support team refused to work with us, offering only one option: booking a separate room for my sister. That single room was exceptionally expensive, leaving us with no practical alternative.

The reception team fell far short of the professional hospitality expected from the Hilton brand. Throughout our interactions, the staff appeared unwelcoming and, at times, noticeably dismissive.

There is a severe lack of directional signage for parking, and the reception provided zero instructions. Upon check-in, they simply asked if we needed a parking spot, to which we said yes. We ended up parking behind the hotel. It was only at check-out, when staff asked if we needed a exit ticket, that we realized we had been parked in the wrong area all night without paying for the correct lot. Clear guidance upon arrival should be standard.

My sister stayed in Room 507, where the bathroom door lock was broken. Given the high price charged for the room, basic maintenance checks should have ensured everything was fully functional prior to check-in.

Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel in Krakow. The level of service, lack of clear guidance, and room maintenance issues mean the price does not match the quality delivered. I hope management takes this feedback constructively to train front-desk staff on communication, improve guest guidance, and enforce proper quality control.
