Great hotel, I recommend
Pros:

Great location, really nice staff, comfy, good room view, great food.

Cons:

Had an issue with the water one evening turning a different colour and the toilet seat broke. This was reported to maintenance.

lovely hotel with great staff
Pros:

the hotel was lovely and always stop here due to where it is located, the staff are excellent and very friendly always there too help

Cons:

there was no heating in the room i went and saw the staff and they managed to get us a portable heater which helped but it was still cold on the night and early morning due to winter weather

Very disappointed
Pros:

Very nice location , as in Main Street and close to facilities.
Younger members of staff very helpful.

Cons:

Having to pay £10 a day for car parking in the hotel grounds.
Breakfast was under cooked (Bacon)
Being rushed out of our room on the final day despite being an hour early from advertised check out time, told it was a staff training day and the hotel was closing at 11am when two cleaners knocked on the room door at 0945 and asked us to leave, got down stairs and asked if breakfast was still on, only to be told they were unsure, I complained about being treated like I was being evicted, one staff member agreed to make us some breakfas,original time of breakfast finishing is 11am, so we had an hour to spare.
Finished breakfast around 1030am only to be harassed again and asked when I was leaving, my partner had gone to the ladies room and I was waiting for her return, told the member of staff this, only for her to then shout it across reception informing other members of staff my intentions, felt very unwanted and in the way, despite still having 15 minutes until closing.
I’m hoping the staff training day has taught them how to treat guests and a few manners.
The whole hotel could do with decorating, couldn’t open the windows in the hotel room as they were to stiff.

It was okay
Pros:

The location was great and very nice scenery. Staff were really friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast was not great and there was not enough selection of food for buffet. The breakfast has no flavour.

Apart from the minor issues the stay was great. The staff were excellent. The meals were fine.
Pros:

Staff were great. The view from the room was poor, but I did not ask for a room with a decent view, so no complaints. My mother, who has mobility issues was in a room close to mine, and had a walk-in shower, so this met with my request. We booked a table for a meal on the Wednesday evening. We were given a table next to the windows, so had a nice view of the sea. The meal: gammon, eggs and chips, was excellent. We didn't have to wait long for the meals to arrive, too.

Cons:

The tv was antiquated. When scrolling tv channels I had to wait for the channel to fully change before I could scroll to the next channel. I could have punched in the channel number if I knew what was on, but didn't. My mother's tv was fine though. There was someone walking up and down the corridor outside my room (creaky floorboards) at about six am on one of the mornings, which woke me up. I don't know if it was a guest or member of staff, but they did this for a good ten minutes.
