Good place to stay in Newquay
Pros:

We had a great view of the Bay and easy access to the beach.
Good food at the restaurant on site.

Cons:

Place was looking tired and thankfully it is to undergo renovations in the next couple of weeks

Lovely clean and tidy room with beautiful views. Would definitely stay there again
Pros:

Sea front position with beautiful views. Rooms a good size and beds comfortable although there is no air conditioning they did supply a fan in the room which was greatly appreciated as weather was extremely hot

Cons:

Could of used air conditioning but as they didn’t have it they put an electric fan in the room

Beautiful location , kind staff lovely stay.
Pros:

Breakfast bread was too thick for us and not nice to eat. I preferred the cold breakfast choices. Staff were lovely and kind. Cleaners good and kind. Glad to have fan in room as weather exceptional.

Cons:

Bread for toast too stogie and hard to eat. Cups were really thick and not good to drink from. Beautiful view of beach from hotel. Staff lovely.

Cozy room was not cozy it was small.
Room had lift then stairs to climb with cases. Car parking was a bit disorganised given a spot but car parked in our bay, told to use any spot.
