Pros:

Breakfast was amazing lots of different choices for even the most picky eaters!

Would definitely stay again!!!

The room was spacious , with an amazing jetted tub. Facilities were very clean and the staff was very helpful!!

Easy booking

I booked it late, I thought I had booked it before and didn't ever finish it, but it was very easy to finish the booking and I still had a big, comfortable room for the night.

I can say the bed is comfortable but tv and fridge didn’t work . And wet carpet ? BAD!!!!
Pros:

Breakfast ok cappuccino is good.

Cons:

Carpet on room 108 was wet our socks got wet good thing we have slippers handy to use. I think the fridge was leaking and wet the carpet . Our food got bad because the fridge not working . Tv not working the front desk girl tried to fix it but it didn’t work .

Cons:

Fahrstuhl war leider defekt. Außerdem wird im Hotel im laufenden Betrieb gerade renoviert. Diese Info gab es leider erst vor Ort. War aber trotzdem ok.

I don’t normally leave reviews but for this place a warning is needed. I have stayed at many Best Western’s across the country because I felt the chain was consistent in the quality. I have experienced comfortable beds, quiet rooms, and good breakfast. Unfortunately my stay here didn’t have any of those things. The bed was worn out, the heater/ac hummed and vibrated like a weak washing machine all night, the shower head has hard water residue all over it, and the eggs were tasteless with a strange tasting cheese. The worst thing about it is that prior to booking I called to ask about airport parking as I leave about 3 hours away and the front desk told me if they were not busy that it was free. I asked about the days that I would be needing it and they confirmed that there would be no charge. At check-in the kind young lady schedule me for the shuttle in the morning and did not mention anything regarding the parking. Fast forward to checkout I asked where I should leave my car and the new front desk person asked if I paid and filled out the form and I stated that when I booked they told me their was no charge. He was very polite and trying to resolve the issue and called the manager twice. Ultimately the manager was not willing to correct the issue that her staff created. The only reason I booked the room was for the free parking, other wise I would have stayed at home with my young family for another night and get a sound night sleep. I should have just taking the 3 hours drive in the morning straight to the airport. This will be a lasting impression on me of Best Western and they will no longer be my go to chain while traveling. The leadership of the location is a truly disappointing and is not customer focused.
