We stayed 4 nights at this hotel. Property was clean, rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful to suggest local restaurants, parking is free and well lit. Good breakfast, next door restaurant is Perkins. Enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi. Breakfast is free included: bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, and the usual bread and
pastries. After hours, you can still get free coffee, hot chocolate, and hot tea.
Bottled water is a dollar and they can charge it to the room.

I was there for Das Energi. First time in salt lake. The location was perfect really close to the venue. Utah is also easy to get around. Friendly people and solid food.
The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but overall a great stay.

Clean and located close to airport. Maintenance and house cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.
The shuttle took an hour and a half to pick us up at the airport. I was with my kids and we didn't get to our room until 1:00am. Then, the next morning I asked for a late check out since we got in so late and they only extended until 12:30. We wanted to use the hot tub since that is one of the main reasons I booked this hotel over other options. We got in the hot tub and it was a lukewarm 91 degrees. Maintenance was eventually able to get it to warm up, but by that time we had to check out. Also, no coffee maker in the room. Had to shower and get dressed just to get coffee down in the lobby.

It was dirty bathroom smelled like poop housekeeping kept running away didn’t change my sheets towels or anything
It was not very clean; it is an older hotel. Also, someone attempted to break into my car which left some dents in my door. There was evidence of drug use outside the hotel such as a pipe on the ground. In addition, there was an individual who kept yelling from their room which could be heard from outside the hotel. Overall, my family and I did not feel safe.
It was nice and clean.
The bed frame stuck out but was hidden under the blankets. We all hurt ourselves on the beds.

It was good and the staff was great.
The fire alarm went off for. 15 minutes and I couldn’t contact the desk for information. My husband has Parkinson’s so it was a hard for him to get around finally after the alarm stopped I was able to talk to someone and they just said it was false then the power went out for hours. They we no light to see in the bath room. No apologies.
The breakfast was nice. The pool and hot tub were nice.
The bed and pillows were not very comfortable.
