Great customer service.
Pros:

Great customer service from the manager Deonta. I booked through a 3rd party service initially but the reservation didn’t go through, he held a room for me while I resolved the issue and honored the rate.

The hotel itself has a lot of character. It’s an older building but it’s cozy, the coffee shop has a chill vibe. Would stay again

The location, is exceptional

Cons:

The room, there were some lightbulbs that didn’t work, also the bathroom wasn’t clean. The shower curtain had black dots. Apparently fungus.

Good location, filthy rooms!
Pros:

Good location, some staff were friendly

Cons:

See attached photos for stained bed curtains, dust around the room - more importantly around bed frames, unsuitable extension cord “daisy chaining” under beds with 2 extension cords attached together powering 8 additional sockets on beds, room felt very outdated which really showed through cleanliness

Excelente hostel en zona céntrica de Chicago
Pros:

El Hostel tenia una ubicación excelente, todo caminando y cerca. Una habitación para 4, 2 camas cucheta con baño privado. Este tipo de habitación no tiene servicio de shampoo, jabón, etc, si las habitaciones similares de otro piso, no lo sabíamos. Servicio de toallas y sabanas excelente. Un sofa en la habitación y una mesita. Lo necesario para cambiarse, bañarse, y volver a dormir. Tiene un bar abajo y restaurante muy lindo, todo onda retro muy bien ambientado. El check in rapido y antes del horario y el check out solamente comentamos que nos ibamos, porque ya estaba todo pago. Hubieramos preferido un lugar aunque sea con frigrobar, pero Chicago es una ciudad muy cara para alojamientos centricos, con lo cual priorizamos ubicación. Excelente todo, caminando por toda la parte centrica, excepto el Navy Pier que queda un poquito mas lejos. Hicimos un free walking tour de la Mafia de Chicago que realmente fue excelente.

Cons:

Si hubiéramos sabido que habia otra habitación con shampoo, jabon y demas, lo hubiéramos considerado, pero en cuanto al precio, compramos shampoo y demas en el CVS que estaba al lado y las botellitas de 100 ml, y con eso nos arreglamos sin problema.

Great hotel just wish the room had black out curtains - bring an eye mask!
Cons:

The room was very bright in the morning which made it difficult to sleep in. The curtain over the window was a small, canvas cloth. Something like blackout shades would be so much better.

Love how its inclusive and close to everything.

Cons:

Our bathroom smelled like water thats been sitting there forever hence when the toliet would be flushed the water would come out of the shower drain and sit there for 30 minutes. When taking a shower the water didnt drain at all until about an hour.

Pros:

Lage ist top, bad war sauber

Cons:

Matratze, Bettbezug und Decke hatten Flecken.
Hinterm Schrank hat es geschimmelt weshalb es immer feucht und ekelhaft im Zimmer gerochen hat.
Nach dem checkout konnten wir die Koffer auch nichtmehr im Hotel lassen.
