Meh stay staff were so friendly they need to update everything and clean more in rooms.

Staff were nice. Good location

Cons:

Air did not work, room was dirty and the curtains had stains on them. Looked like someone wiped bugers on the wall in one of the top bunks. Food was in-between wall and bed from previous guest. Struggled with door as well as elevator not working for disabled family member.

No TV remote, bad lighting, uncomfortable bed, no outlets by bed, front desk unresponsive, bars on the window, and very expensive. Oh and no soap in shower.

Survived the dust and rude staff

Dusty room, window had gaps in them, having to ask for them to clean your room, left hand towels in instead of big towels, most of the staff were rude even though I was trying to be polite and happy but they just wouldn't budge on it. No emotion whatsoever.
If I paid a few hundred less then I wouldn't be bothered but this wasn't a cheap room.

Cons:

Instalaciones Antiguas, personal de recepcion me cobro un impuesto de mas y luego toca pedir devolucion, no hay acceso libre a tomacorrientes para carga

シカゴマラソンに参加する為に宿泊しました。期間中は、他の国からの参加者も多く挨拶して簡単なおしゃべりもできました。
立地も良く、スタート地点まで歩いていけました。

В дни пребывания в отеле мне было в общем комфортно. Рядом прекрасный ресторанчик с пиццей, итальянский магазин с салата

Нормальный отель. Постель прекрасная, комфортная. Месторасположение - в самом центре. Прекрасный, безопасный район. Шаговая доступность до всех достопримечательностей

Cons:

Если бы был завтрак, было бы на 100 процентов комфортно. Как вариант- наличие маленького холодильника в номере

The room was so teeny tiny. For the cost, I expected a bit more. The room smelled damp and there was only 1 light for the whole room.
