Hotel je oronuo i zaslužuje 3 zvezdice maksimalno. Ne bih se nikad vratio i iskreno ne preporučujem.

- Ljubazno osoblje
- Lepo zamišljen kompleks i odmaralište

Cons:

- Nedovoljan broj ležaljki na bazenima i plaži, borba svakog jutra
- Čišćenje svaki drugi dan što je nedopustivo za ‘hotel sa pet zvezdica’
- Jedna te ista hrana
- Sendviči u pokušaju kao užina
- Nekvalitetno piće i jako ograničen izbor za ‘hotel sa 5 zvezdica’
- Prljava plaža i more

απογοήτευση, πήγα για ένα σαββατοκύριακο σπα και κατέληξα να κάνω εκδρομές εκτός ξενοδοχείου
Pros:

οι εξωτερικοί χώροι με τις πισίνες, η θάλασσα, τα ζωάκια που κυκλοφορούσαν ελεύθερα

Cons:

Θεωρώ πως η εικόνα που δίνεται για το σπα είναι το λιγότερο παραπλανητική και υπάρχει μόνο για να μοριοδοτήσει το κατάλυμα ως πεντάστερο (απορώ πότε ελέγχθηκε τελευταία για το αν πληρεί τις προϋποθέσεις). Το σπα αποτελείται από μια σάουνα, χώρους για μασαζ και μια εσωτερική πισίνα μικρής διάστασης η οποία ΔΕΝ θερμαίνεται. Επίσης, οι εγκαταστάσεις του σπα απέχουν γύρω στα 200 μέτρα από το κτίριο του ξενοδοχείου. Αναρωτιόμουν πως το σκέφτηκε ο δημιουργός, να φοράς το μπουρνούζι σου και τα παντοφλάκια μιας χρήσεως και να διασχίζεις μονοπάτια και λειβάδια μέσα στη βροχή και τον αέρα για να πας σε μια κρύα πισίνα; Οι χρεώσεις πιστεύω πως είναι υπερβολικές για τις παροχές (30 ευρώ το άτομο για χρήση της μικρής κρύας πισίνας)
Γενικά χρήζει ανακαίνισης, δεν υπάρχει προσοχή στις λεπτομέρειες
Ένα άλλο θέμα που με δυσαρέστησε πολύ, ήταν η παρουσία πολλών μυγών στο εστιατόριο
Κι ενώ το πρόβλημα ήταν μεγάλο, δεν υπήρχαν καπάκια στους δίσκους με τα τρόφιμα του μπουφέ. Ήταν σιχαμερό να βλέπεις τις μύγες να κάθονται πάνω στα ανοιχτά τρόφιμα και σίγουρα ανθυγιεινό.

Remnants of Past Glory
Pros:

I get the impression that this was once a good hotel. Sadly, it now looks outdated, and the Anayia All Inclusive Resorts chain seems to be cutting corners at guests’ expense.
Pros:
• Staff: Yulia from Guest Relations is wonderful and highly professional. She is always ready to help with any issue and can assist with booking excursions. Many thanks to her for her care and attention!
• Responsiveness: I contacted the hotel before arrival with specific requests regarding my room. The hotel accommodated my requests, and I am grateful for that.
• Location: Beautiful panoramic views of Mount Olympus. The sea is wonderful, although water shoes are necessary for a comfortable entry.

Cons:

• Transfer: The hotel quoted €150 for a standard private transfer from Thessaloniki Airport. For comparison, I paid just €97 on Booking for an executive-class car.
• Water: Upon check-in, each guest receives one 500 ml bottle of water, and that’s it. After that, you either have to buy water or refill your bottles yourself at the restaurant. I found this incredibly irritating. I am paying over €200 per night, yet the hotel cannot spare even 50 cents for bottled water?
• Housekeeping: Towels are changed every 2 days and bed linen every 3 days. This is the first time I’ve stayed at a 5* hotel with housekeeping standards like these. The hotel claims this is for environmental reasons, but I got the strong impression that it’s really all about the bottom line.
• Food: Very disappointing. Cheap sausages and cold cuts for breakfast, with ham served instead of bacon. All the meat dishes are swimming in sauce. Although you can find something tasty for lunch or dinner, the overall impression is that you leave feeling full but not satisfied. The fish was terrible, although the cream soups were delicious.
• Drinks: The alcoholic drinks and coffee are of very poor quality, and the soft drinks taste artificial.
• Beach: There is no changing cabin on the beach, which is extremely inconvenient! Can the hotel really not afford to spend €500 on such a basic amenity? There are not enough sunbeds for everyone, so you have to get up early to secure one. The beach itself is spacious, yet the sunbeds and umbrellas are crammed together, leaving virtually no personal space. On top of that, the beach is dirty and poorly maintained.
• Room: The plumbing is old. The shower hose had a hole in it, although it was replaced promptly. However, the water pressure remained very weak. The air conditioner leaks, flooding the balcony and leaving the floor dangerously slippery.
Overall, the hotel seemed determined to cut costs at my expense. I will avoid the Anayia All Incl. Resorts chain in the future

Vrlo ljubazno osoblje. Čisto i uredno.

Cons:

Hrana je bila ukusna ali falilo je ribe koje je bilo jedan dan na meniu.
Lezaljke moraš da zauzimas jer ih nema dovoljno za sve goste all incluziv za koje smatram da treba da bude obezbedjeno. More i plaža nisu ništa posebno.
Za decu nikakav sadržaj.
