Pros:

The rooms were OK.

Cons:

Terrible experience – Fake "All-Inclusive" and awful service. Avoid!

Our stay here was awful from start to finish. I highly recommend looking for another place to stay.
Cons:
Check-in & Service: The reception staff was completely unhelpful. They didn’t bother explaining how to get to our room, let alone offering any luggage assistance. Overall, the staff standard is very low and unprofessional.
The "All-Inclusive" Joke: Everything was incredibly low quality. The beer tap ran completely dry, the promised "snack bar" consisted of pathetic, cheap white-bread sandwiches, and the coffee machine served sour, disgusting coffee. On top of that, they demand an €11 deposit just for pool towels.
Room Condition & Hygiene: Upon arrival, we found someone else's beach sand all over the room. There was no hot water, and the water pressure was extremely weak. Worst of all, there was a horrible sewage smell right outside our door that made it hard to breathe inside.
Management & Resolution: When we asked to switch rooms due to the terrible smell, we were lied to and told the hotel was fully booked. Only after maintenance came twice and failed to fix the issue did they suddenly "find" a new room for us.
Pros:
The only bright spot was the bartender at the main bar, who was polite, professional, and courteous.
There was a nice evening show/performance.
Verdict:
This hotel has a massive amount of improvements to make. We will absolutely never return.

Pros:

The view from the hotel and also the close distance to Mt.Olymp for hiking is a great option for this hotel.
All inclusive option has a variety for a food selection (would prefer to have more fish, but that is my preference only).

Cons:

The change room at the beach was missing.

Pros:

Όλα ήταν άψογα. Το ξενοδοχείο έχει κυριολεκτικά τα πάντα. Εντύπωση μου έκανε το πόσο ευγενικό ήταν όλο το προσωπικό. Ιδιαίτερα η κ. Ισμήνη που μας εξασφάλισε μια υπέροχη διαμονή. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Θα το επισκεφτούμε σίγουρα ξανά και για περισσότερες μέρες.

Freundliches Personal, dem Preis entsprechend gutes und vielfältiges Frühstück und Abendessen,
in der Vor- und Mittelsaison eher ruhig

Cons:

Restaurant gut, Tisch wird aber manchmal zu schnell abgeräumt, wenn man noch nicht fertiggegessen hat,
Bei der Duschwanne ist die Abtrennung viel zu kurz, so dass beim Duschen viel Wasser auf den Badezimmerboden regnet

Pros:

Staff were very helpful I appreciate it. Beef liver prepared from Fani was amazing.

They made a surprise cake for my mom’s birthday and I am very thankful for their kindness.

Cons:

Checking in takes too long, but the lady is very friendly and welcoming.
