Enastående läge, service och mat
Pros:

Otroligt bra service. Kockarna och restaurangpersonalen fixade till en vegansk middag på kort varsel som var enastående.

Cons:

Att man inte kunde se frukost- och utcheckningstider från hotellrummet. Skulle velat haft en lapp där.

Fantastiskt läge högst upp i Tällberg med fantastisk personal
Pros:

Personalens mycket trevliga bemötande hela tiden och mycket bra service.
Bra frukost, mycket god middag.
Många allmänna utrymmen med härlig ombonad känsla och fin konst och fina fotografier av kända konstnärer/fotografer på väggarna.
Sist men inte minst, en fantastisk utsikt över Siljan och Gesundaberget.

Vackert hotell men små rum

Vacker utsikt! Fantastisk hotellbyggnad och fina omgivningar. God mat

Cons:

Bilderna på rummet var totalt missvisande. Familjerummet var minimalt, samma storlek som ett dubbelrum och med en obekväm bäddsoffa. Inte alls de fina våningssängar vi förväntat oss från bilderna. Att rummet var så litet gjorde att det blev kokhett under natten då fyra personer sov i det. Detta drog ned vistelsen för oss som familj. Tyvärr. Annars fint ställe och trevlig personal men att få en god natts sömn är ändå viktigast för oss som småbarnsföräldrar

Way above expectations!!
Pros:

My stay was overall far above expectations. The hotel’s surroundings, interior, and décor were truly cozy, warm, welcoming, and atmospheric, beautifully decorated for Christmas with a tree by the open fireplace. And the wiew from my room was stunning!

The reception staff always handled my requests without any issues, even adjusting their schedules to help me catch an early train, and they even sent me off with a breakfast bag. The driver who took me to and from the train station was incredibly helpful, arranging transport late at night even after everyone had gone home. I only met one housekeeper for a few seconds but her greeting genuinely brightened my morning.

I would have liked a fridge in the room, not a must but definitely a welcome bonus.
