Hotel is a bit dated but beds and bathroom were good.

Ein gutes Hotel in Braga mit erstklassigem und sehr freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Die Lage ist einmalig, mitten im Zentrum von Braga, wenige Schritte von der Kathedrale entfernt. Unser Zimmer mit schöner Sicht auf einen ruhigen Platz war sauber und komfortabel. Das Bett bequem, sogar einen kleinen Kühlschrtank gab es.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Am besten hat uns die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitshcaft des Personals gefallen, die wirklich außergewöhnlich ist.
Die wenigen Parkplätze vor dem Hotel sind schnell weg, aber die Kooperation mit einer Tiefgarage, die 4 Minuten entfernt ist, funktioniert gut, das Parken für 24 Stunden kostet dort 10€, da kann man nicht meckern.
Für Braga würden wir das Hotel Dona Sofia sofort wieder wählen.

Cons:

Hier gibt es nichts Negatives anzumerken.

O Hotel fica em um local central com facilidade para conhecer a pé vários pontos de interesse para turistas. As instalações do quarto são excelentes e o café da manhã bem completo. A equipe da recepção é bem atenciosa e receptiva.

Cons:

O Hotel não tem estacionamento, mas consegui estacionar nas ruas proximas ao hotel.

Good place to stay in the historic heart of Braga, very close to the cathedral. Not too far from the bus station (15 minutes walk). The room was sufficiently large and comfortable. Reasonable selection for breakfast was an added value. If I am in Braga again, I will surely check the availability at Dona Sofia.
