Pros:

Absolutely Fantastic Apartments. Brilliant city centre location & secure under apartment parking
Pros:

I've stayed at these apartments before. The fact I'm a returning customer, and that I have booked my next stay says it all. This apartment was absolutely perfect and had a terrace overlooking the river with table and chairs to help you enjoy the spectacular view. These apartments are in the centre of Inverness and ideally located for everything. The secure under apartment carpark with dedicated parking space is a real bonus. All the apartments are spotlessly clean and have everything you require for a long or short stay. The beds are extremely comfortable. Access to the building through the garage or main entrance, and to the apartment itself are through a unique door code so no having to remember on key cards

Cons:

There is absolutely nothing to be improved upon at these apartments. Everything is always perfect

Everything was doable except the problem with the hot water
Pros:

Spacious;

Nice accommodations;
Good value.

Cons:

No hot water and no directions in the unit on how to “boost” the hot water!
Room temp was warm; couldn’t get much cool air out of the fan.
No TV.
Second side of closet needed a rod to hang clothes.

Very nice place to stay in Inverness
Pros:

Location, size , facilities and inclusions were all lovely. Very comfortable and a top location.

Cons:

Check In was a palaver. Had to download an app, got several emails as well, had to pay for parking with a link that wasn’t mobile optimised. Such a faff!

Central location but consider elsewhere
Pros:

Excellent location to the train
Loud construction and drilling everyday starting at 8am that was not disclosed or offered a discounted stay
Was not granted prompt access for checkin due to door issues but that had been glowing on well before our arrival- see previous guest comments.

The customer service number no one answered. Luckily I found another number and reached someone.

Incredible views of castle and River Ness-light and airy apt.
Pros:

Beautiful corner unit with incredible view. Comfortable bed. Perfect location. Parking on ground floor with easy access in/out elevator to room floors.

Cons:

They had problems with front door access code - got situated after calling. No hot water on our second morning / unable to shower- beyond cold. Left them a msg to sort out for arriving guest. Not a big deal but one auto shade broken blocking a good view of the river ness to the east. Plenty of other windows to enjoy the sweeping views.

Pros:

L’appartement était tel qu’il était décrit: clair, spacieux. La literie est de bonne qualité.
L’appartemebt est très bien situé, très proche du centre ville et des commerces (coop, M&S, ...).
Il est très facile et rapide de sortir d’Inverness deouis l’appartement.

Cons:

La place de parking ! Pour pouvoir garer la voiture, il m’a fallu une dizaine de manoeuvres pour pouvoir me glisser entre une voiture et un mur !
Après avoir contacté le personnel, j’ai eu l’autorisation de me garer ailleurs. Heureusement que nous n’étions pas en pleine saison.
Le canapé est très très mou, peu confortable.
