Loved the ability to spread out. View from balcony was great!

Our stay was fantastic! Location was great - with breathtaking views of the river & the city. Accommodations were spacious & very comfortable. Would HIGHLY recommend- pun intended! Worth it.

Spacious and well equipped apartment with an amazing view and location.

They don’t bother responding to messages of complaint sent privately via Airbnb so left me little choice than to on post this here. Last unresponded to message I sent was this:

As the booker of this stay I have to fully endorse my husband’s comments regarding the hot water.

No one had a shower on the first morning as no instructions were left regarding putting the water on boost. We therefore put the water on boost in plenty of time for the following morning, even getting up in the night to do so and whilst 2 of us managed to have a full hot shower, my shower was cold for the last part and there was no hot water left at all for my husband to have a shower.

This is totally unacceptable and would like to hear from you asap regarding this. Some kind of partial refund would be appreciated in view of this ruining an otherwise perfect stay.

This is one of the best hotels/apartments we have stayed in so far. The property was super clean and well organised. The location was really good, it’s in city centre and 5-min walk away from the train station.

The views outside the balcony were mind blowing and the atmosphere was great. The bed was cozy, two bathrooms were very clean, kitchen was well equipped and having a bottle of milk in the fridge was a surprise.

There are plenty of bars and restaurants near by and Tesco Express nearby just in case.

We loved this river-view apartment and would recommend everyone to stay here if they’re in Inverness.

Our stay at the Highland Apartments was great! We were only there for one night, but we will definitely stay again when we return. The location can’t be beat - just a quick 5 minute walk from the train station, and close to shops and restaurants. Once inside, the city noise was gone, and it was so fun to relax on the couch and look out the beautiful picture windows. The rooms are beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. The best night sleep I had in the highlands! Check in was a breeze, and the apartment is lovely, and spotlessly clean. The amenities were spa-quality and we didn’t want for anything! Such a great value, and we can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic apartment. All amenities covered and spotlessly clean. Beautiful comfortable bed. Great views of River Ness. Shops/restaurants 5 mins away and amazing walks surrounding us.
We loved it so much we decided to stay another night. Staff also friendly and it was great value for money.

Staying in this appartment was a real treat. The whole booking process was smooth. Very professional service all the way. I loved the luminosity and serenity of the appartment. It was very clean and had everything that I needed. The variety of good quality tea, coffee and even hot chocolate was well appreciated... and so was the pint of fresh milk in the fridge.
I would definately book the same accommodation again.

The staff both on site and in their remote office were very helpful, kind, and friendly. The room was lovely and clean - but we did have a washing machine that had a faulty door. When we contacted the staff they sent someone promptly to look at it which was great. The only issue was that when we returned to the hotel later on in the day they had removed the washing machine door entirely to fix it I assume, but never contacted us further to provide an alternate arrangement in the further 36+ hours of our stay. We booked the hotel specifically because they had washing facilities and we were unable to use them, and still paid full price which was disappointing to say the least.

Lovely location. Clean fresh rooms. Everything you need for a couple of days, even milk in the fridge. Bed comfy, only thing big pillows, one not enough 2 too high.
Shame the noisy scaffolders working on building next door started before 8am and this flat faced it.

Beautifulnapartment, excellent location, spotless clean. It was roomy and had everything a family needs. My only regret was that we had only one day to stay on the highlands.

Five star fantastic apartment in a great location with everything we needed so well equipped for the few days we stayed . No issues at all only one small complaint was the pillows were hard but otherwise fantastic,

We stayed in a 1-BR unit by the River Ness. We were blown away with how spacious it was and all the included amenities. It even had a guest half bath. The unit was so nice and had such wondeful views of the river and Inverness castle (from THREE balconies) that we stayed in for dinner one night and for all our breakfasts. We’re glad we pre-booked garage parking. We enjoyed walking around downtown Inverness. The staff was always quick to respond via email or their app. It was the first time with a Mansley property and we will definitely keep it in mind for future trips even in other cities.

My parents, husband, and I enjoyed our stay. The living space was perfect for our needs, the bedrooms were a good size and comfortable, and the view was great. We were also able to do our laundry, which was very convenient. The location was perfect and very central. That being said, the parking situation was extremely difficult. We did not have issues finding the garage, it is located right under the apartment building so very efficient. However, the spot is incredibly tight as it is right next to a wall. We drove a standard mid size car, and the spot was so tight that we had to be a mere inch from the wall in order for the driver to exit the vehicle (a car was parked next to us, within the lines). 100% recommend the apartment, however would recommend only planning to park a small vehicle here, there are other nearby options.

The apartment was just fantastic and in a great location. Everything about it was brilliant and the welcome pack was very good.

First class accommodation. Very well equipped and extremely clean. Central location convenient for Train Station and Bus Station. Lots of very good restaurants nearby.

Wonderful experience! The apartment is beautifully appointed and city centrally located First class modern amenities within. Check-in was seamless although we had arrived at 9am on the overnight sleeper from London and had to amuse ourselves until, gratefully, we were able to access the apartment earlier than the appointed 4pm! All in all, a totally enjoyable stay. Congratulations, the Mansley Group
