The location, pretty close to Zona Rosa
Almost the whole staff didn’t speak English. As long as as you work in hospitality is mandatory at least to speak a few things to so not make their guests life difficult. Also the fridge didn’t work and they brought me this next day.

Good place to stay. The staff is helpful and friendly. Most staff can understand some English so it's helpful for those who don't speak any Spanish. The building is a little outdated but the room was cozy. I enjoyed the stay there. Breakfast is always cooked to order eggs, arepa, cereal, bread, and fruit everyday but they only serve in a 4 hour window.
The apartment is located in a very nice and safe area. Very spacious and comfortable. The staff is very kind and willing to help. Breakfast was great. A few things in the apartment need to be refreshed.

Everything was excellent
The suite was large ( I believe they all vary) and very good value. Best perhaps very helpful staff. Beware though if you don’t speak Spanish.my partner does so we were fine but not one staff member had English. Big issue. Kitchen has. Appliances but nothing else. No towels no coffee no sugar or creamer. Late night arrivals beware. Grocery shopping first priority ( see also need for Spanish)!!!j good place but management needs to plug some holes. Overall once you do the groceries it is fine.
