Deben informar que al llegar al hotel hay un recargo del 10%.
El personal descortés, poco amable.
Desayuno mediocre.
Cambios constantes de habitaciones.
La vista de las habitaciones feas.
Batas y toallas de las habitaciones limpias pero muy percudidas y viejas.
No hay instalaciones en el baños cómodas para personas grandes, ejemplo sin pasamanos en la tina.
Deben limpiar los bodrios exteriores.
Costo del frigo bar y de los líquidos en general, desproporcionados.
Tragos mal elaborados, caros y mal servidos.
Camas súper King, aplica a 2 camas unidas.
Áreas comunes con poca asistencia.
El hotel no cuenta con elementos de entretenimientos en buen estado.
El balcón del 8vo piso pasa sucio y con ceniceros sucios.
Piscina con horarios acotados.
