Todo , desde que llegamos un muy buen trato de todo el personal , tanto las recepcionistas hasta el valet parking el cubano que está allí , bueno ambos . Muy amables todos y serviciales , la habitación tenía aire acondicionado algo que no me puede faltar jajajaj , estaba muy limpia ,con una vista hermosa , el baño súper amplio , limpio y un enorme espejo frente a este , bueno en general todo me gustó , no me pude bañar en la piscina porque no tenía tiempo , pero hasta gimnasio y una sala para jugar billar y otros juegos tienes en el piso 8 , muy feliz con mi estadía lo recomendaría mucho

It felt like it was missing mantainence and lacked attention to detial. No carpet/rug on the bathroom is just lazy since it will get wet from the shower, and the hairdryer kept disconnecting.
