MALA IMPRESION PARA ESTAR POR PRIMERA VEZ AHI

Puedo decir que solo me encanto la ubicación, pero para el precio pagado por un hotel que no tiene mantenimiento, no lo merece.
La pisicina tambien se puede rescatar.

Cons:

Primero que mi habitación tenía muchas fallas, el teléfono no funcionó, las cortinas no estaban bien instaladas, ventanas sucias, algunos interruptores no funcionaban y para el último día se malogró la cerradura que tuvieron que cambiar la habitación. Cuando me cambiaron a otra habitación si funcionaba la mayoría de las cosas pero aun así el mal gusto lo pasamos con mi familia.
Desayuno súper básico y lo mismo todos los días, para el precio quizás se merecía más variedad.
Y sobre todo el personal que no tiene lo principal en el rubro del turismo, atención al cliente. Hubo un Sr. de la recepción que en ningún momento nos saludó, en todos los días solo miraba su computadora y al momento de ingresar ningún saludo y sus compañeras tampoco, solo cuando saludamos, recién algunas nos saludaban.

Cons:

1- El baño NO ES SEGURO para adultos mayores, la tina sin antideslizante, muy alta y sin manillas para sujetarse incluso alguien joven tiene riesgo de caerse, viaje con una adulto mayor y tuve que ayudarla a entrar y salir de la ducha cada vez
2- Las almohadas eran o muy blandas o muy duras y no de buena calidad
3- Quise ocupar los computadores del lobby "para huéspedes" taaaan antiguos que de los 3 ninguno funcionó finalmente me "prestaron" uno de ellos para poder enviar el archivo que necesitaba
