Excellent stay !!!I will go back!!!
Pros:

Everything , the staff amazing, thanks to Mr Diego for all the quick answers.
Just one thing, the fee for early check in is too high, half of the night will be more reasonable.

I had a very positive experience at this hotel. I would consider staying here again.
Pros:

The room was fairly updated, so the quality of the room was a very positive experience. The location was also very convenient and near plenty of food and a pharmacy. The lobby area was also very comfortable with large TV screens, couches, tables, and a bar nearby.

Cons:

I think room for improvement would be the maintenance of the air conditioning system. The AC worked fine, but the tricky part of Bogota is that it is almost always cool at night, so most natives don't even use air conditioning. But since the stereotype about Americans loving AC can be often true, normal regular maintenance AC units can often be left neglected, which can lead to louder than average noises and filter debris build up.
