Charming hotel, disappointing breakfast
Pros:

Charming building, very spacious and clean room. The hotel is located in the cozy old part of the town and is at walking distance to the canal and around the area where most attractions are. The bathroom had a bathtub and a shower, was spacious and clean, and we appreciated the bathrobes and slippers.

Cons:

The breakfast was really disappointing. The buffet contained only very few things, and warm dishes had to be ordered from the staff. Even though it wasn't that busy, it took about half an hour to get two dishes, and one of them was even not what we'd ordered. The quantities were also very disappointing: one single fried egg, and one single scrambled egg, in each plate. Not matching the hotel's price. We were also not informed about how the breakfast works until we sat down at our table. The breakfast space is also quite small, other guests had to sit at low chairs in the reception area because they didn't fit.

Also, the safe didn't work. When we asked the reception about it, they said they're aware of it and they're working on replacing the batteries to make them work again. Again, disappointing for the price tag, both in terms of lack of maintenance as well as not being informed.

Fantastiskt fint rum, sköna sängar!

Cons:

Servicen på frukosten, katastrofalt dålig - fick vänta 30 minuter för att få en kanna kaffe fram slängd på bordet som vi inte ens bett om och en servitris som uppenbarligen borde byta jobb. Under all kritik!

Pros:

Villa Anna is my favourite hotel in the world. Cozy, ultimate relaxation and elegant. The breakfast is small but of high quality ingredients. I love the breakfast experience! I stay year after year at Villa Anna for conferences in Uppsala. It is really designed for relaxation.

Benissimo
Pros:

Colazione spettacolare, sia come atmosfera che come qualità. Pane nero strepitoso. I cibi caldi si ordinano dal menù. Personale davvero squisito.

Cons:

Il cuscino in piuma d'oca per me è un problema, ma non è certo colpa della struttura. Magari dotarsi di qualche cuscino anallergico potrebbe aiutare molto.

Pros:

Fantastisk frukost. Lugnt och tyst, bekvämt rum.

Cons:

Ingången och receptionen var mitt mellan kök och matsal. Det gjorde att vi kände oss lite ivägen när vi passerade under middagstid.

Pros:

Bra att man fick beställa in den varma maten till frukost mindre svinn och man äter ej så mycket.
Utmärkt läge nära stan och Uppsala domkyrka ett stenkast från hotellet.

Cons:

Var lite högljutt hörde folk i korridorerna när de kom hem.

Viss bija ļoti jauki un patīkami – noteikti iesaku šo viesnīcu un numuriņu arī citiem.
Pros:

Vislabākā bija personāla attieksme, kad man palīdzēja ar iekārtošanos un sniedza nepieciešamos norādījumus. Numuriņš bija ļoti tīrs – paliku trīs naktis un katru dienu numuriņš tika iztīrīts. Istabā bija ļoti fantastiski piedāvājumi – īpaši novērtēju to, ka bija sagatavotas kāpnītes, pa kurām varēja uzkāpt uz palodzes un baudīt skatu pa logu. Numuriņā bija vanna, apgaismojums perfekts un arī viss, kas nepieciešams, bija pieejams. Brokastis bija fantastiskas – tās, atbilstoši viesnīcas aprakstā norādītajam, bija individualizētas. Brokastīs produkti bija svaigi un garšīgi, papildus varēja izvēlēties (bez papildu maksas) arī to, ka tiek pagatavots individuāls pasūtījums, piemēram, ceptas olas.

Cons:

Viss atbilda gaidītajam, tomēr vienā dienā, kad vannas istabā tika tīrīta izlietne, tad tā tika iztīrīta, bet ūdens kārtīgi nenotecēja, bet tas nākamajā dienā tika izlabots. Papildus arī kondicionieris visu laiku strādāja, ņemot vērā, ka ārā bija vēss, un arī uzliekot istabas temperatūru +24, tad tāpat naktī bija vēss un kondicionieri nevarēja izslēgt.

Good room facilities (frigo bar and bath accessories).
Excellent position to reach the university.

Cons:

Very basic breakfast. Too Nordic. No sweets at all with the exception of a very tiny and insipid croissant.
Only 4 clothes hangers for two persons.
First day the service forgot to put clean towels.
