The title says it all. Wasn’t overly impressed with the hotel at all. The employees were more helpful on the phone than they were face to face. The valet parking prices are RIDICULOUS! And their little “bar and lounge,” The Ivy, is a joke of a place! Hilton needs to cut ties with that sad excuse of a bar and eatery. The biggest perk: proximity to the beach (right across the street)
I had an amazing experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Miami South Beach, and stayed one more evening. Ariel at the reception made sure I could keep the same room and have the best experience. I really appreciated his kind support. Great place, super location, nice and clean room.
Very quaint hotel, right off the beach staff was amazing very friendly very accommodating with late checkout as well as awesome drinks and food. If you're looking forsomething not right on the beach check out this location but it's a less than a five minute walk to the beach.
Ariel and the team were SO friendly and helpful when I walked in and asked for a last minute room. Thank you for the warm hospitality and service!
Wonder VIP experience by Adan Leon! Loved our stay!! 💙💙💙💙💙
Shout out to Ariel at the front desk could not have been nicer and more helpful.
Ariel was super helpful. He answered all my questions.
Great staff, friendly and helpful. Great location and clean rooms. Thanks Ariel for all your help.
Ariel was very helpful at front desk. Pleasant and explained everything well. Great location and room was clean and comfortable
Ariel helped us in getting room as we didn't have reservations and helped us figure out where to park. He was so nice and welcoming as we were extremely exhausted
Stayed at the Hilton Miami South Beach and came away very impressed. The location is hard to beat — right by the beach with easy access to the best of Collins Avenue. Rooms are comfortable and tastefully updated, offering great views and a calm retreat after a day out.
Service was friendly and efficient throughout, and the facilities (pool, beach access, lounges) make it easy to unwind. A solid choice for both business stays and coastal breaks, capturing that classic Miami energy without any fuss.
I don’t even know where to begin. The location is atrocious. There was no clear indication that we needed to park in another hotel and lug our things a block to the hotel and up 10 stairs.. I called the clerk to figure out how to unload and he kept saying go to the yellow lines. There was space for two cars and there was already three squeezed in. So we unloaded double parked and I tried to haul my things up those 10 stairs. I then went around to the ramp to the disabled door which I couldn’t figure out and the front clerk who was awful condescending and rude kept saying it's handicap. It’s handicap. It’s for handicapped. I told him I knew that but I couldn’t carry all my stuff up the stairs because I have a bad back and he just said-it’s for handicapp over and over. Whoever this guy was who was at the desk at 5 o’clock on February 11 needs to get a lesson in manners. When he finally handed my keys, he very rudely said breakfast is not included.
The bar is pitiful and was out of all but one red wine and ran out of that after I had one glass. They wouldn’t let us charge to our room so I couldn’t get the Hilton points.
I expect more for $600 a night and being a gold member as well as a Hilton Vacations owner.
Ariel is the best. He is very helpful and he made sure i got all my needs. Super friendly too.
Ariel, was more than outstanding…. I have been here numerous times and the service is always great… though parking cost not so much.
Hilton Garden Miami South Beach have a spectacular friendly staff especially Ariell who made the check in process quickly and easy with a very friendly and cheerful person.
The hotel was superb from the front entrance to the room both in terms of the decor, cleanliness, convenience and leisure (restaurant, bar, relax lounge area) . Service was even better thanks to Ariel who went above and beyond. No need to search further for my home away from home on my next trip to Miami.
I was about to cancel my reservation based on no pool and river view. But the front desk guy by the name of ariel was very helpful and kind enough to make our stay comfortable. I deal with other staff but ariel hospitality was beyond on my expectations. I will definitely come again.
