We stayed 3 nights here while in Miami for a family wedding. We loved our stay at this property because of the excellent team that works there. Everyone that we encountered was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The front desk associate, Ariel was outstanding. He took such good care of all of our group. Jesus works in the bar and restaurant and was very attentive, taking care of us at every turn. The rooms are typical for many city hotels, a bit older and small but the beds were comfortable and we didn’t experience any noisy hallways or couldn’t hear any outside noice while in our room.

First, I want to highlight the staff at this property—they were truly excellent. Mr. Ariel and Adan at the front desk went above and beyond to try to resolve the ongoing issues with our stay. From housekeeping to the café team, everyone was gracious and accommodating. Their efforts are the only reason I’m giving this review two stars.
Unfortunately, the hotel itself fell far below expectations. The property feels very dated and is in serious need of a full renovation. Upon arrival, none of the four room keys provided worked due to a broken key reader. We were then moved to another room, where we still had to replace the keys twice for the same issue.
Room 607 had multiple problems: the safe didn’t work, the floors were stained, and the bathroom fixtures were moldy and unclean. The AC unit was extremely disruptive, waking me up roughly every 45 minutes when it cycled on. Additionally, the elevator servicing the 6th floor was incredibly loud—it sounded like a crane hauling it up each time it moved.
Overall, while the staff did everything they could, the condition of the hotel made for a very disappointing stay.

The title says it all. Wasn’t overly impressed with the hotel at all. The employees were more helpful on the phone than they were face to face. The valet parking prices are RIDICULOUS! And their little “bar and lounge,” The Ivy, is a joke of a place! Hilton needs to cut ties with that sad excuse of a bar and eatery. The biggest perk: proximity to the beach (right across the street)
I had an amazing experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Miami South Beach, and stayed one more evening. Ariel at the reception made sure I could keep the same room and have the best experience. I really appreciated his kind support. Great place, super location, nice and clean room.
Very quaint hotel, right off the beach staff was amazing very friendly very accommodating with late checkout as well as awesome drinks and food. If you're looking forsomething not right on the beach check out this location but it's a less than a five minute walk to the beach.
