Hilton Garden Inn Miami South Beach

I went with my daughter on a short business trip. When we checked in early evening we were exhausted and the front desk agent, Ariel was more than helpful. From parking to restaurant ideas, he came through! That means a lot to us. Excellent staff at the front desk and room was perfect. Thank you Miami Hilton Garden Inn!

I had a wonderful stay. The staff was amazing especially Mrs Carolina!!!!! She made both our check in and check out experience feel like we we were at home. She was pleasant and helpful. A wonderful end to our cruise vacation. The facility literally would feel less welcoming if she were to leave. I hope to see her again on my next stay in Miami!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The location was conveniently close to the shore. Walking distance to the beach and comfort. Hotel was clean and well stocked with body wash and lotion. A quiet and upscale atmosphere. Rooms were quiet and cozy. Very close quarters as you would expect in Miami Beach ocean front property.

Pricing was competitive but definitely a value for Hilton property. Very pleased overall.

Beautiful establishment. Greeted warmly by Ariel at the front desk. His service was polite and quick which was appreciated after a long day of traveling. Minus the weird parking, I would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Miami Beach! The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location. The staff throughout the property were friendly and welcoming, making our visit even more enjoyable.

A special shout-out goes to Ariel at the front desk. Ariel is truly exceptional! No matter what time of day we walked through the lobby, he was there with a genuine smile and a positive attitude. He consistently went above and beyond to help guests, answer questions, and ensure everyone felt welcome. His professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to outstanding customer service made a lasting impression on us.

Employees like Ariel are the reason guests return. He is a tremendous asset to the Hilton Garden Inn, and we greatly appreciated everything he did to make our stay memorable.

The front desk service by Ariel was excellent, he was attentive to the guest’s needs and handled everything profesionally.
The hotel is very well located and has all the amenities needed for the beach. The bar is very nice and comfortable, ideal for vacations alone, with friends, or with family.

We visited for my mom’s 68th birthday. First time in Miami. Carolina greeted us with excitement! She was handling a tough situation with a precious customer with such grace. We were happy to be there!

I will say my feedback is to the housekeeping team. While they came in to change the outs and sheets. They never vacuumed. How can I tell? Because after coming from the beach, sand was all over my bathroom and it stayed like that for days…when I tried calling the front desk no one answered, I chose to just move on with my itinerary instead.

Lastly, I want to give another awesome shoutout to Ariel. When my cousin thought she left a laptop, he quickly took action to help us locate it. What a man!

The hotel is conveniently located for the beach and within walking distance from the Art Deco District. ARIEL at the front desk has been extremely helpful for everything… good value for money ..

Amazing stay here at the property, super nice staff and cleaning rooms. A big shout out to Dario who was super helpful with all my requests. Really nice bar at the back, Argentinian girls were really friendly and gave us a good treatment.
