La ubicación está bien, no es pleno south beach por lo que está más tranquilo.
En general está todo bien, aunque la fianza que se quedan es en mi opinión excesiva. Por una estancia de 4 noches y 2 habitaciones de aprox 530 dólares cada una se quedaron cerca de 500 dólares a modo de depósito, que reembolsan pasados unos días del checkout, a tener en cuenta para los gastos y el dinero que vayas a llevar a EEUU, te puede descuadrar un poco.
Las habitaciones se sentían un poco húmedas después de ducharse y la puerta del baño es semitransparente.

Checked into this hotel and was told valet parking was available. When I asked to use it, I was then told valet was full and that I needed to find street parking on my own. I asked if there was a parking lot or designated area and was simply told to “go that way” while the front desk pointed up the street.
I eventually found street parking that only allows 6-hour parking, meaning I have to wake up at 3:00 AM to reset the meter. Completely unacceptable for a hotel stay.
When I asked about the on-site restaurant, I never received a clear or direct answer. I then asked how to turn on the heat in the room and was told it cannot be turned on, despite it being 48 degrees outside. I requested four blankets and was only given two.
Overall, the lack of communication, basic amenities, and customer service was shocking. Never stay here. Find another hotel. If I could give this place fewer stars, I would.

I’ve been coming to the Hilton for many, many years. I live in New York, but whenever I come to Miami, this hotel truly feels like home.
A big reason for that is Adam. Adam is simply the best. He is always kind, attentive, and incredibly professional. As someone who often travels alone, he consistently makes sure I feel safe, comfortable, and taken care of. His presence and care mean more to me than I can express.
There are many hotels I could choose from, but I continue to book the Hilton Garden Inn Miami Beach not only for the location, but mainly because Adan is there. He creates a sense of warmth, familiarity, and genuine hospitality that is rare to find.
He makes this place feel like family, and that’s why I truly love staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Miami Beach.
Property was well maintained. Staff was very friendly.

Everything was great! The hotel was really nice, but the best part was Noelia’s attention. She was super friendly, helpful, and always in a good mood. Would absolutely stay again.
I want to warn other travelers before booking this hotel. As a Diamond member, this was the worst Hilton experience I have ever had. The Hilton brand should be embarrassed to have this property in their portfolio.
The hotel is very overpriced for the quality. The rooms are old and neglected and need a full renovation. There was also an unpleasant odor when entering the lobby that made a bad first impression. The photos I posted show the mildew and water damage on the bathroom ceiling, peeling paint, black spots along the edges, and rusted fixtures. The room felt low quality from the moment I walked in.
One night the shower never got hot even after running it for 20 minutes. I had to take a cold shower. On other nights the fire alarm went off for no reason. Parking is also a major problem because there is no on site parking. You have to park at another hotel and walk around the block with your luggage.
The staff were pleasant and apologized, but these issues are far beyond their control and fall entirely on ownership and management.
This stay was so bad that I may seriously consider switching to Marriott or another brand after 15+ years of loyalty as Hilton diamond member. I DO NOT recommend anyone stay here!
