Nice hotel with good location, a few disappointing areas.
Pros:

The pools are really nice & the swim up bar was good. The location of the hotel was brilliant, right on the beach & a 2 minute walk to the strip. The room was really nice & modern. Most staff were welcoming.

Cons:

The cleaners never seemed to do a full clean of the room, they just replaced towels & made the bed. We had to make a point of getting the bins emptied as they didn’t empty them for 3 days.
Even though we were a group of 5, the cleaners kept giving us only 4 sets of towels. We had to keep asking for extras. Then on check out, they tried to charge us for a missing towel as there was only 4 even though that is what the cleaners kept giving us!
One of our group accidentally got the hotel wristband caught & it snapped so we went to reception to get a new one & they charged us 40 US Dollars. This was disappointing as it was clearly an accident & all the wristband is, is little bit of plastic - not worth 40 US Dollars.

Good value hotel directly at nice beach, close to nightlife
Pros:

Very good value for money. Very close to the very nightlife epicentre of Cancun. Direct beach access.

Excelente ubicación/Salida playa directo.
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, esta en plena zona hotelera a pasos de bares, restaurantes y actividades nocturna. Tiene buena piscina y salida directa a la playa con opción de ocupar reposeras consumiendo bebestible o alimentación ( es parte del hotel).
La habitación es amplia con balcón y con vista al mar.

Cons:

Los espacios comunes son antiguos y algunos sectores con falta de mantención.

Ich war in diesem Hotel bereits 2022. Seitdem wurde es sehr schlecht gepflegt und der Zustand ist sehr viel schlechter mittlerweile.

Das Personal ist der unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit (vor allem die Rezeption)

Decent for a weekend getaway
Pros:

They had tours of Coba available and the lady Kari was awesome.

Cons:

The beach seemed closed off and the pool wasn’t available all day and night like other properties I’ve stayed at.

Cons:

Las regadera en las duchas disparan agua por todos lados y se sale del agua de las duchas. puerta de la ducha no cierra. Humedad en el techo que cae en las camas, el agua de los balcones cuando llueve entra a las habitaciones.
