Que desde que llegamos al lugar inmediatamente la distinción y el racismo
Me cobraron un impuesto del cual nunca me comentaron al hacer la reservacion y creo que no esta bien pues deben de gacela desde el momento de la reserva

Pros:

Todo estaba hermoso, la vista al mar de la habitación deluxe era preciosa y se escuchan fuertes las olas, y por tu entrada la vista a la laguna, la alberca súper limpia, limpieza a la habitación y cambio de toallas diario que es importante por qué ahí te bañas varias veces al día, las camas y almohadas súper cómodas, el mini split perfecto enfriaba muy bien. Y el plus de tener cocina y refri para los que tenemos niños y ocupamos tenerles snacks, cerca de todo aunque ahí en zona hotelera es muy caro. Bajar por las escaleras a la playa a cualquier hora es un plus

Cons:

Solo que no dejarán los camastros por la tarde para los que queremos estar en la playa ya que caiga el sol, solo los dejan por la mañana. De ahí en fuera todo bien.

Service is horrible the staff almost made us pay 80 dollars because they done like us , they kicked out our friend for losing his hotel bracelet (!!!) and didn’t let him take his things , this has never happened before !

La ubicación es perfecta para ir caminando a la zona de antros o a la isla en camión, está muy céntrico

Cons:

La limpieza de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear, nunca lavaron mis tazas, ya no dejaron otro café, el baño deja que desear, la limpieza de las habitaciones no me gustó. No tienen lavandería
El “bufete” son 3 cosas, el desayuno muy muy básico por $480

the room was beautiful, the whatsapp room service doesn’t work, the staff for the most part was kind, except when i requested a late check out they were rude and wouldn’t even give me ten min. they even came to my door at check out and bitched me out lol i was right on time. Kinda silly. they charge 80 pesos for hotel room coffee lol which should be complimentary but it’s ok. The views are pretty the restaurant staff is kind.

La ubicación es muy buena, el hotel es lindo pero está un poco viejo y le falta mantenimiento en las instalaciones de la habitación, los cajones estaban descarrilados, las almohadas excelentes, el sofá cama un poco incómodo pero el resto estuvo bien

Le petit déjeuner est cher vu ce qui est proposé, l'omelette à la carte est assez petite et le pain toasté est facturé en supplément si vous en redemandez, personnel de la piscine et restaurant souriant uniquement dans l'attente de tips, si le tips n'est pas celui attendu, le sourire s'envole immédiatement. Pas vraiment top !!!

Good location and overall nice hotel
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel and I can say that the room was very spacious, comfortable, and well-furnished. Lovely sea view. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the beach area too. Staff was nice especially Heriberto. Good location of the hotel with lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Cons:

there are a few areas that could be improved. Unfortunately, the window didn’t close properly with the lock. I also noticed that one of the light switches in the bathroom was detached from the wall, which gave the impression that maintenance had not been done carefully.
Overall, it seems like the property could use some renovation work, especially indoors. Also the beach area for the guests closes at 5pm which I found weird because people where staying on the beach much longer than that. Also we used the transport service from and to the Airport and there was miscommunication with the pick up and we got delayed and had to wait for one hour at the airport.
