Pros:

Der spa Bereich war leider sehr schlecht. Keine Ahnung von Massagen, alles sehr durcheinander.

Ein wunderschönes Haus, wie im Märchen. Für uns gab es nur einen einzigen Mangel, das Bett war sehr unbequem.
Insgesamt für einen Kurzurlaub sehr zu empfehlen, da sehr ruhig und erholsam.Sehr freundliches Personal.

Place très originale pour un séjour reposant en pleine forêt. Proche de Karlovy Vary en voiture.
Bonne cuisine locale maison. Le centre wellness est agréable. (petit bémol: 2 saunas étaient en panne mais il restait le sauna finnois). Excellent massage vitalisant. L'hôtel est très calme. Les espaces communs sont vastes. Nombreuse ballades en forêt autour. Petit plus pour les orthodoxes: il y a une chapelle à disposition dans le parc. Le wifi n'était pas terrible dans la chambre, mais 4g ok.

Die Lage ist einzigartig! Mitten im Wald, sehr ruhig. Das war echt genial! Bei Schnee an Schneeketten denken! Ich war im Schnee da, das war wirklich traumhaft. So ein klein wenig Märchenlandschaft. Ansonsten ist das Personal überwiegend freundlich gewesen, der Spa-Bereich war schön, das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Essen in der Taverne (eins der beiden Restaurants) war auch gut.

Moin, ich war mit meinem Sohn da, wir fanden es super das ski Gebiet ist 12 min. mit dem Auto Entfernt von dem Hotel.Das Hotel liegt mitten im Wald und das ist das schöne an der Sache.
War alles super!!!

Sehr schön gelegen,absolut ruhig mitten im Wald wo die Zufahrt zum Hotel schon abenteuerlich oder geheimnisvoll ist.

Netter Kurzurlaub. Ausstattung war sehr gut und das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. In der Gaststätte war das Personal manchmal etwas durcheinander. Es hat aber alles gepasst. Spabereich und Massagen waren vor meinen Geschmack auch gut.

Alles mit Blitzeis überzogen

Alles ganz nett, aber ein wenig mehr Aufmerksamkeit oder Freundlichkeit würde dem Ambiente gut tun.
Bei den Preisen bewegt man sich schließlich eher im 5 Sterne Bereich für Tschechien, besonders im Restaurant.
Gegen den Blitzeisbezug im kompletten Parkplatzbereich hat man 2 Tage nichts unternommen, nicht einmal Steine gestreut. Es war sehr gefährlich sich vor das Haus zu begeben, aber das Restaurant ist nur so erreichbar. Keine Bar, keine Abendunterhaltung. Warum?

Tired of daily routine? Want to relax in a quite area? Well, this is the perfect place for that. Up in the mountains, surrounded by wonderful forests. The pool is wonderful. A good restaurant onsite. The breakfast is ok. Will definitely go back here, if there's some time.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful environment
Pros:

The hotel was very nice, beds comfortable, breakfast very good (but we missed pancakes and some sweet pastries). The only unaccaptable thing was disgusting hair in the shower. Cleaning ladies should pay more attention to this.
