房間舒適度還不錯
Pros:

孩子們在桌球、撞球和游泳池玩得非常盡興。
有下午茶的安排非常好。
服務人員態度好。

Cons:

有去使用三溫暖和SPA池，但幾乎一半的設施是故障的，有些失望

之後有去跟B1櫃台反映設備壞的部分，但服務人員有點不知所措，感覺員工訓練不足

另外，8/25早上有去詢問租借腳踏車，但因為"可能會"下雨，服務人員說無法租借，所以請我去借youbike，我也接受
他(一位男性)跟我說，youbike在議會的方向，因此就朝該方向走了約半小時(也在附近巡了一下)，找不到就回到飯店，結果發現飯店門口就有youbike，實在感覺...員工訓練不足.....

位於台東市中心，前往附近景點、夜市都很方便；飯店一整天都有活動可以參加，即使下雨沒出門也不會無聊；早餐品項豐富，有DIY鬆餅機，小孩很喜歡。

Cons:

SPA池部分設施損壞，沒能使用很可惜。

這次帶父親來住，第一次光臨東部的高級飯店，整體感舒適，6人房的家庭房空間非常大，還有給孩子玩的遊戲空間，床鋪睡的也很舒服，重點是浴室超級大，廁所跟淋浴間都各2間，不會有等人的問題，總之第一次來印象很好，唯一美中不足的是飯店美人湯設備沒有做很

早餐的用餐時段夠長(7：30~10：30)，提供帶幼兒同行的家庭時間上的彈性，用餐無壓力。飯店櫃檯人員親切有禮且注重住客的權益與福利，會主動提醒住客有關館內的各項優惠。我們當天的入住時間較早，櫃檯人員還主動幫我們升級房型，讓小孩能在寬敞的房間內活動，十分推薦。
