舒適,乾淨,很不錯
Pros:

房間大,乾淨,舒適,重點有浴缸,ㄧ整天的開車與遊玩,就靠這浴缸放滿熱水,泡在裡面..整個身體與疲勞都消失啦..
早餐更爽,有專人帶位,位置多,不用等位置,餐點很多,吃不完 ,光咖啡機就有四,五台,每一台的咖啡機就有不同的咖啡豆,很不錯喔

一、 房務與櫃檯配房管理需嚴格把關
辦理 Check-in 入住後，持房卡開門時發現該房間已有其他房客入住。萬幸當下房內並無其他旅客，否則場面勢必極度尷尬，甚至可能引發不必要的安全與隱私糾紛。
回到櫃檯反映後，現場服務人員的危機處理非常即時且態度誠懇，也主動提供了相應補償，在此對當班同仁的應變能力給予肯定。特別提出這點並非苛責現場人員，而是希望管理層能正視系統排房與防呆機制的漏洞，身為老牌星級飯店，重複配房這種攸關住客隱私與安全的重大疏失，實在不該發生。

二、 早餐餐點品質與出餐穩定度有待提升
連續兩天的早餐體驗落差明顯：

9/13 早餐：海鮮粥用料扎實、湯頭鮮美，水準極高。
9/14 早餐：同樣的海鮮粥調味卻變得極為清淡無味，品質控管顯然不夠穩定；此外，前一天備有的素肉燥當日整鍋消失，未見妥善補位。

即便是最基礎的餐點，用心調配與品質把關都能直接傳遞給顧客。多年後回訪，整體感受略帶遺憾，由衷希望飯店能加強內部流程檢核與餐飲品控，讓老字號的五星招牌走得更穩、更遠。

整體住宿沒有太差。 但想給飯店經營者一些建議。
Pros:

陽台戶外露天浴池很不錯

Cons:

建議幾點住宿覺得很怪的點
1.DDS房型浴室建議室內浴缸直接廢除，淋浴空間跟浴缸擠在一起老實說很不方便。
2.房間戶外浴池區，建議房務整理清洗完成後要有木板可以蓋上，避免房客要使用時還在撈樹葉，清池內髒污漂浮物。
3.房間戶外區隱私遮蔽物可以改良為木板圍牆，矮樹木落葉不整理 容易造成落葉亂飛。
4.房間戶外區浴簾若是有遺失或損壞應馬上補齊，否則客人要泡澡又沒有遮蔽簾很奇怪。
5.建議飯店高階主管多住住自家飯店房間，房門隔音效果建議需加強地板隔音也建議墊厚加強，不然樓上走跳聲音還算明顯。

老舊的飯店，櫃檯服務人員掃興應該只是各別服務人員不敬業。浴室洗手台小積水可能也是個別房間的問題。若是不在意浴缸超級小及spa池故障按鈕沒有標示，倒是可以入住。
Pros:

除了櫃台人員，其他服務人員態度都好。
床很舒服（個人習慣偏硬、有支撐的床）

Cons:

1.櫃檯員工臉色差，一開始給信用卡英文姓名，找不到，改給了訂房編號，卻還質疑我們訂錯日期，口氣超級不耐煩。直到發現我一直盯這他的姓名牌，她的口氣突然180度大轉變，講話溫柔甜美。完全沒有介紹早餐地點與時間。也主動沒告知飯店有電動車充電設備。
2.早餐要排隊大約十分鐘才進入餐廳。
3.浴缸超級小，一個成人躺下，腳無法伸直。
4.裝捲筒衛生紙金屬裝置鏽斑很多。乍看之下以為是小蟲子。
5.浴室很小。洗手台排水不是很暢通洗東西稍微久一點，就積水，然後水才慢慢排掉。
6.spa池設備幾乎都故障，且沒有標示故障，每個剛到的房客按了幾次按鈕都沒反應才放棄。
