飯店環境舒適整潔，大廳氣派且充滿在地特色。房間寬敞乾淨，設備完善，住宿期間感到非常放鬆。服務人員親切專業，遇到問題都能迅速協助處理。早餐選擇豐富，整體住宿體驗相當滿意，來台東旅遊值得推薦。

飯店住宿整體還可以，但樓下遊戲區的服務體驗讓人感受不佳。

剛到遊戲區時，我們只是先看看球池環境，還沒有進去遊玩，也沒有人事先告知需要穿襪子，工作人員卻直接大聲說「不知道要穿襪子嗎？」讓人感覺像被責備。

後來我們配合回去拿襪子，下來後工作人員仍一直跟在旁邊注意我們是否有穿襪子，感覺像被監視一樣，讓人非常不自在。

能理解遊戲區有安全與衛生規定，但希望工作人員能用提醒代替斥責，用更友善的方式與旅客溝通，才會有更好的住宿體驗。

服務佳但設備仍有改進空間
Pros:

1、第一次享用下午茶，簡單卻很可口
2、已辦入住等房卡時多人排隊，有服務人員先詢問，感覺很貼心
3、游泳池救生員很有禮貌，服務親切

Cons:

1、辦理入住時櫃檯只有一位服務人員，一排人等候。
2、游泳池淋浴間門鎖壞了，上次到訪時也是壞了，沒修理。
3、第二天起床電視節目無法看，只跳輸入源訊號，也沒按鍵可以調整
4、之前入住房間會有電源卡先放上，第一次住房沒先開啟冷氣爆熱
5、免治馬桶出水異常

Cons:

老飯店設備老舊可以理解，但收費與大都會飯店不相上下不能理解，說要有如此收費標準應也比照大都會的飯店辦理。
那魯咖啡廳人員訓練與安排不足，若真要增設這個營業點應該安排專員引導與服務，而不是讓賓客找不到位置又在座位上乾等半小時後才來服務，途中與多位服務員對到眼也無人要來服務？？？？？

給狗狗的床很軟很舒服，早餐也多樣化，很讚
Pros:

有給狗狗的零食玩具還有床跟水碗還有尿墊，超讚的

Cons:

雖然戶外有給狗狗上廁所的草皮跟空地，但因為沒有圍欄，很怕狗狗會自己上樓跑掉
