Pros:

We very much enjoyed this hotel. It is in a small village away from the super busy tourist areas of Goreme. The hotel is very cool and has many peaceful patios to relax. The staff is excellent and the service is superb. We will visit again. I also suggest allowing the hotel to arrange your plans in the area. The guide was excellent and made the visit much more interesting. They also helped us with airport transportation.

Great staff, safe property and unique rooms. If you're a foodie however I'd avoid the hotel restaurant as there wasn't that much flavor in the food. Overall, safe stay.

Güzel Atmosfer, Harika Kahvaltı Ama Önemli Eksiler
Pros:

Otelin atmosferi ve dekorasyonu oldukça güzel olsa da bazı olumsuzluklar yaşadık. Öncelikle konumu beklediğimizden uzak ve ulaşımı zor. Araçla gittiğimiz halde otopark sorunu yaşadık, park yeri bulmak oldukça zahmetliydi.

Yemekler büyük bir hayal kırıklığıydı. Fiyatlar aşırı yüksek olmasına rağmen servis çok yavaştı. Sipariş ettiğimiz yemekler uzun sürede geldi ve lezzet açısından beklentimizi karşılamadı. Fiyat-performans açısından kesinlikle tatmin edici değildi.

Odalarda ise ciddi bir ısıtma problemi vardı. Soğuk hava koşullarında konakladığımız için bu durum bizi rahatsız etti. Resepsiyona bildirdiğimizde bize bir ısıtıcı sağladılar, ancak bu da yeterli olmadı ve gece boyunca üşüdük.

Olumsuz yönlerine rağmen kahvaltı gerçekten harikaydı. Ürünler taze ve çeşitliydi, sunum özenliydi. Ayrıca personel çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Sorunlara çözüm bulmak için ellerinden geleni yaptılar.

Genel olarak otelin güzel yönleri olsa da ulaşım zorluğu, otopark sorunu, yemeklerin yetersizliği ve ısıtma problemleri nedeniyle konaklamamızdan tam anlamıyla memnun kaldığımızı söyleyemeyiz. Ancak kahvaltı ve personelin ilgisi otelin en büyük artılarıydı.

Burhan Bey’e ilgisinden dolayı teşekkür ederiz otel çok temizdi misafirlerle çok ilgililerdi kahvaltı çok güzeldi çeşitler açısından, bir sonraki Nevşehir seyahatimizde yine tercihimiz Gamirasu olacak, otel konum olarak çok sakin tam bir dinlenme tatili oldu bize sakin bir bölgede olsa da tüm merkezi konumlara 15 dakika bu açıdan da çok beğendik oteli evinizde gibi hissedebileceğiniz bir otel çalışanlara ilgilerinden dolayı teşekkür ederiz

レンタカーを借りるかホテルまでのバスを利用するかでしか到達できません。
道は車もあまり走ってないので運転はしやすいと思います。
秘境的な感じが良かったです。

Mükemmel bir hafta sonu geçirdik diye bilirim. Gönül rahatlığı ile tavsiye ederim gitmek isteyenlere. Mara odada ilk defa kaldım çok mistik bir atmosferi vardı odanın. Gece şöminemizi yaktılar. harikaydı. Yataklar çok rahat temiz ve güzeldi. Kahvaltısı olan üstü diyebilirim. Biz öğlen ve akşam yemeklerimizi de otelin restoranında aldık. Et yemekleri yöresel olan testi kebabı muhteşemdi. Şarabı ben roze denedim o da çok yumuşak içimli ve softtu beğendim. Personelin ilgi alakası 10 numara diyebilirim. Biz Kayseri havaalanından özel transfer istedik otelden hiç sorunsuz ayarlanmıştı hem gidiş hem dönüş olarak. Bizi kırmadılar özel tur istedik çevrede gezilmesi görülmesi gerekli yerler için hemen ayarladılar. Çok memnun kaldık geziden. Başta Burhan bey olmak üzere tüm personel çok nazik saygılı ve ilgiliydiler. Hepsine buradan teşekkür ederim. İyi ki gitmişiz dediğimiz bir konaklama oldu...

Beyond a 5-star experience
Pros:

The best hotel experience we have ever had. The place is phenomenal, the food is great and the service is beyond any 5-star expectation. Absolutely fantastic. The hotel manager, Akin, helped me organize and facilitate my marriage proposal and did so by going above and beyond. My no fiancé are eternally grateful for Akin’s help and personal touch.
