Expensive for what it is, but maybe we just stayed at a bad time!
Pros:

Location good, also nice there is a pub right next door

Cons:

Room not cleaned even though asked, shower gel bottles unusable due to grime buildup, no hand soap etc. taps broken and again grime buildup around them, service for the hotel very strange almost like they didn't want us there? Maybe having a bad couple of days? Bar staff very friendly and chatty though which was nice

It was above and beyond our expectations.
Pros:

Room was well appointed with facilities; coffee machine / tea making / iron & board / hairdryer / tv / desk / shampoo, conditioner, shower wash. Decoration of room, modern a tad dark, but nothing to complain about.
Breakfast: full English breakfast menu, from cornflakes, pastries, to full cooked breakfasts, normal, vegetarian and healthy options, various types of cooked eggs, e.g. eggs benedict, sour dough with avocado, poached eggs, and it was cooked beautifully.

Cons:

Lighting could be better for an area for doing your makeup.

Great for a trip to Beaulieu and the New Forest
Pros:

Attractive modern property in a thatched country cottage style with a separate hotel across the car park from the pub which served excellent food. Breakfast was included. There was plenty of parking and the room was very well appointed with a large shower cubicle and very comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful, polite and engaging.
The location was a few minutes by car from the New Forest.

Cons:

Nothing that we can think of.

Excellent. Staff very helpful - helped us with our luggage from our car to our room.
Pros:

Have stayed there before. Excellent for cruises from Southampton, which was the purpose of our visit, the day before our cruise. Had a very large ground floor room..

Cons:

The evening meals are a little more than what we would usually pay, but never the less still excellent.

Good location but small restricted windows so very hot.
Pros:

Location was good for Beaulieu car show. Good parking. Room was a nice size and clean.

Cons:

I didn’t like that our room was on the first floor with small window with very restricted opening. Curtains fitted tightly at top so not able to open window and have curtains closed. The room was uncomfortably hot - temp during the day was about 26 degrees but lights left on made the room almost unbearably hot. We were given a fan but it wasn’t very effective. We stayed 2 nights and slept really badly due to the heat.

Cons:

We had an excellent stay. The staff were all excellent, polite and courteous and efficient.
Pros:

Our stay was very enjoyable and up to expectations. We have stayed at the hotel before and would choose it again. Its location for us near family is great. Nice to have the tea and coffee options in the room and nice biscuits. Breakfast was nice and hot and the coffee was excellent. The Sourdough bread/toast was first class and real butter with a good selection of Jams etc.

Cons:

There was no fresh fruit at the buffet breakfast area. No air conditioning and in the heatwave it would have been appreciated. One single fan was not really enough to keep us cool. The tiles in the shower area need to be re grouted as dingy in part. . We were in room 4 and the bed is a double, the room would take a kingsize and would be better.
