Pros:

Spacious comfy room. Well sound proofed from noise of roads.

Cons:

Not internally soundproofed so with wooden floors all neighbouring rooms noises echoed, children running upstairs and TV, next door door banging, noise seemed accentuated.

Would stay again
Pros:

Staff were very friendly. The room was perfect, bed very comfortable. Accessible room as I use a wheelchair and no issues.
Had an evening meal which was lovely. Breakfast okay, poached eggs weren't runny but they changed when I asked.

The dog had the best holiday!
Pros:

Everything and everyone was so lovely

Cons:

Only thing that lost a score from us were the pillows. Nothing to them and couldn't get comfortable with them.

Pros:

Location, building it lovely. Good food and breakfasts. Staff friendly. Very clean.

Cons:

Only one bedside table. Hard to control the heat. Would be useful to have a little bench in the bathroom for clothes. And the cold water tap in the bathroom turns the wrong way, but that's just being picky.

Excellent service and delicious food, dinner was lovely and breakfast in particular was awesome
Pros:

Really comfy beds, nicely decorated.

Cons:

Just unfortunately apparently the mastic had just been refreshed in the bathroom so there was a bit of a strong smell which I queried, but the bathroom fan was very strong and we just kept the door closed and it was fine. Staff were really great about it and gave us the option to change rooms if we wanted, although we would've had to move to a double instead of a twin so we stayed put.

Great Places to Stay
Pros:

This is the second time we have stayed, however this time we were taking parents to join a cruise in Southampton. It's the perfect location to stay the night before. From when we arrived until we left, all members of the team, were kind, courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend this great Inn.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike, it was great from start to finish.

I had a room with my dog. The rooms were excellent and very very large

Cons:

Would have preferred somewhere to step out into the forest, but I knew it did not have that.

The Pilgrim inn is a lovely place very clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean , the shower works really well and no issues with water pressure. The room is also equipped with a Nespresso machine with four coffee pods each day plus a iron and hair dryer. The bar and restaurant is a clean tidy place to eat and drink and the service is great, the staff do a fabulous job in the bar and restaurant.

Cons:

There really wasn't anything I disliked, it was just a lovely place.

Dirty room
Pros:

The room was spacious. The food was very good. The staff were polite and friendly.

Cons:

The bedroom looked like it'd not been properly cleaned for months. The amount of dust was unbelievable. The bathroom wasn't much better. The housekeeping team really need to learn how to effectively clean a room.
