Pros:

Ruhige Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit an der Straße. Personal sehr freundlich. Amsterdam ist mit Bus gut erreichbar, Fußweg zum Bus ca. 800 m.

Cons:

Treppe zur oberen Etage ist sehr steil, etwas in zumgewendelt und eng, sehr kleine Stufen, sodass man einen größeren Koffer nicht hoch tragen kann.
Das Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad ist sehr klein und nur mit einem Doppelbett und einem Stuhl ausgestattet. In einer Nische befindet sich das Waschbecken. Schmaler Gang ums Bett, ein größerer Koffer hätte auch kaum Platz, man müsste dann rüber klettern. Pro Person gibt es nur ein Handtuch, das auch sehr klein ist.

A very bad experience overall due to a misleading room description, a windowless bedroom, bad smells
Pros:

The location of the property was nice. Also, the staff were polite and did try to help by looking for another room for us when we raised our concerns.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our room (L800) was completely different from what I booked. There was absolutely no natural light or window in the bedroom—the only single window was located in the bathroom. Furthermore, there was no door between the bathroom and the bedroom (which was not shown in the description), resulting in a terrible sewage smell filling the room. When we complained, the staff said they were fully booked and couldn't move us, which is unacceptable when the room doesn't match the listing. Additionally, the noise insulation is incredibly poor. We could clearly hear the people in the room above us walking, chatting, pouring water, or flushing their toilet, as well as anyone climbing the stairs. This made it nearly impossible for my partner and me to sleep. Finally, the stairs were extremely narrow and steep—you have to be very careful, especially if you are carrying luggage, traveling with children, or are elderly.

Pros:

La zona es hermosa, abajo hay un bar donde fuimos a tomar unas cervezas. Estuvimos en el segundo piso y era silencioso. Nos atendieron muy bien!

Cons:

Tener en cuenta que tiene escaleras empinadas para subir las valijas, de todos modos, nos ofrecieron ayuda por si la necesitábamos. Por el resto, todo bien! Solo fuimos por una noche pero nos quedamos con ganas de estar más tiempo.

Cons:

I came for breakfast at 9:45, my friend at 9:50, because the single toilet on the floor was always busy, the woman downstairs (owner or manager) gave us the lesson how to manage our own time

So, you have a good chance to get a time management course there

If there are some difficulties to provide the breakfast, then return money, but we are not their stuff to listen morals, we are on vacation
