Location is great. 出去很多吃的，護城河 城隍廟都很近，東門市場就在對面 可以買回飯店吃

It's affordable, but filthy.
Pros:

Self checkin consoles, price.

Cons:

How dirty and smelly it was. Also a lot of mould and the air-conditioning is locked down and noisy. The fridge was also quite noisy.i stayed in two rooms on the 13th floor and they were both equally atrocious in their own way.
