Nice hotel outside of a very authentic little town!
Pros:

The location of the hotel is amazing, staff very friendly: we arrived earlier than anticipated (by bike) and our room was ready for us. Since the hotel is on a hill we were going to walk down to the town but ended up getting a lift by car from the very sweet and professional receptionist!

Cons:

We were in room 121 and The airconditioning seemed to work when we got to the room but not overnight and it was a bit too warm for our liking.

Pros:

Gostei muito do funcionário que nos recebeu, já perto das 00h00. Foi muito simpático e prestável.
O quarto é excelente, muito espaçoso e limpo.

Cons:

Não gostei da forma como fomos recebidos pelos empregados no pequeno almoço, tanto no sábado como no domingo.

Infelizmente tenho de dizer, nada simpáticos e domingo literalmente às 10h01 mandaram-nos sair da sala, a justificação foi porque tinham que preparar o almoço.

Nunca me aconteceu, o pequeno almoço é até às 10h,
Poderemos chegar até às 10h, é isso que depreendo

Também achei que tínhamos pouca variedade de comida e apartir das 9h30, não reposeram mais nada.

Pros:

O staff é simpático e prestável. A estrada desde o rio até ao hotel tem vistas maravilhosas.

Cons:

O hotel está velho e precisa de uma remodelação urgente. Alguns equipamentos não funcionam e o pessoal do hotel sabe disso. Há um aviso no elevador que pede aos hóspedes para não trancarem as portas dos seus quartos sem consultarem a recepção. Perguntei o que significava o aviso e disseram-me que há o risco de ficarmos trancados dentro do quarto, obrigando ao arrombamento da porta.
A alcatifa dos corredores está velha, com manchas, a precisar urgentemente de ser retirada.
Apesar de tudo, "you get what you pay for ". O preço da diária foi baixo, mas se o hotel fosse remodelado poderia ter preços melhor ajustados. Da forma como está, não!

O hotel tem uma vista maravilhosa. Os quartos são muito espaçosos, Os quartos e a casa de banho encontram-se renovados.

Cons:

Os colchões eram muito desconfortáveis. São colchões de molas, o que já está completamente ultrapassado e as molas estavam em mau estado. O pequeno almoço poderia ter mais variedade, Um Hotel destas dimensões deveria ter uma piscina interior.
