老闆和闆娘很nice，多年前和先生來過，這次帶著爸媽前來，他們也感受到了親切的服務，爸媽房間的泡澡池很大，他們也很喜歡，早餐是一人一套，但也可以吃飽飽～整體評價真的很不錯～
若真要說缺點我想大根就是硬體設備的地方～空調有點大聲、門把的地方好像是銹掉還是因為在那個地理環境的關係，但這些就看個人感受了，我的評價依舊是很高的哦～

三人房很舒適，石材浴池超大
Pros:

我們兩大兩小入住三人房型，小朋友還小，所以睡的空間很剛好，而且喜歡三人房型有一個小露台，可以坐在那邊欣賞風景，雖然窗外很多鐵皮屋，但是仍可以看到一些湖景，謝謝老闆給我們住在最高樓層（7F), 房間乾淨舒適，尤其浴池超級大,一家人一起泡澡很開心. 早餐也很精緻,感覺的出老闆的用心. 附近很多商家,便利商店也是幾步就到,機能很方便，又有專屬的停車場！還蠻推薦大家的。

We had to leave early in the morning to get to Chiayi and the staff provided us with two hot lattes and a freshly baked loaf of bread which was a lovely, thoughtful gesture.

Awesome views. “Traditional” rooms very dated
Pros:

Awesome sunset views from the rooftop. Great Alishan location close to trails (and away from everything else). The main building looks very good, but our room was in the “traditional” part — which is very dated. Clean and well maintained but very dated indeed

值得住一晚

方便，乾淨，房間空間感大，我就待一天，早餐種類還好，街上全都是吃的，走不到5分鐘就到碼頭
服務人員態度還好，沒有不禮貌的，就是可以更友善跟熱情點，因為是假期去，感覺他們很忙，就沒空理客人，不過整體都很滿意，謝謝招待

Convenient location, neat and tidy room. If you plan to drive, just make sure to contact the hotel for the parking location before you arrived since the hotel car park is located in another location. Otherwise, you have to drive in the crowded street with lots of people which is a bit dangerous.
