Wonderful weekend getaway!
Pros:

I was very impressed with the size of the room and all of the kitchen equipment provided. Breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't love was the pool area. Not bad but if I had to pick something to improve on.

El lugar era Bueno pero la persona que me atendió quería anular mi reserva y cobrar de nuevo decía no saber que pasaba yo hice mi pago por bonokig.com y fue rápido y seguro y luego vino su jefe y él aceptó la reserva pero no fue agradable ese momento lo demás estaba bien la pieza y sólo las almohadas muy bajas o blandas pero bueno el desayuno no estaba bien faltó más comida como bacon yogurt o más variedad eso así que a mejorar un poco

Pros:

The location was great, with a shopping mall, Barnes and Nobles, and many restaurants at five minutes walking distance.
Breakfast was okay, but the indoor pool was awesome especially for the winter weather.
The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Great breakfast, room and location.. Terrible sound during the night that kept us up.
Pros:

Loved the breakfast options (breakfast tacos? waffles? super good egg bakes? yes please.) and size of the room was fantastic. I didn't expect to have an entire kitchen to use. During the day the stay was excellent - couldn't ask for more.

Cons:

While there were lots of rumbling and sounds during the day, we figured that would go away at night or that they were from the A/C unit. Not the case. The room rumbled and it sounded like a dryer was trying to lift off the ground every few hours throughout the night. We had a great trip, had a ton of fun, but I didn't sleep nearly at all. Room 211 if it helps. We'll never stay in that room again. Hotel: A+., Room: no thank you. Thankfully our toddler was able to sleep through it or we would've had to leave.

Cons:

The was one gentleman I believe he was the hotel manager he went above and beyond it was my sons birthday and he truly made it special. All other staff don’t smile don’t greet you they all sadly just look miserable to be there .

Cons:

The cleaning schedule was not communicated properly at the check in time, so our room was not cleaned for 3 days.

This is a dog friendly hotel. We left our dog for 1 hour to visit a site, the hotel called us 5 times complaining about noise, my whole floor had dogs staying so for a guest with no dogs, dont place them at the same floor dedicated to puppies. It does not work well for dog owners to be bothered. For us, puppy owners we will never complain about any kind of noise. When we got back our puppy was sound asleep, no issues. This was very disruptive.

Our second stay within three years. Love the accomodations and the staff was great especially Michelle who made us feel very welcomed.

Pleasant, extremely comfortable. We loved the stay and a few thoughtful touches would make it perfect.

Location, facilities and cleanliness.

Cons:

Just a few notes:
1. Vegetarian trays and meat trays should be separate (especially since it’s two/three section trays with a single cover) it is not thoughtful to have meats with the eggs/potatoes/veggie patties when the steam condenses in the same container.
2. Turn down service cut corners when cleaning the bathroom and making beds. The base sheets were not refitted, straightened and the bathroom was not cleaned with supplies.
3. One of the nights we could hear people leaving on the top floor. It was like the floors/walls are too thin.
