Super 7 Inn by Hotel O Dallas I 20

Not worth it. Spend an extra $10 and go anywhere else

I paid weekly it's no refrigerator, no microwave, no bath tub, no chair , no remote and one pillow on the bed . I thought every hotel has a microwave. Night security stand by your door talks loud otp.

Headboard to bed standing in corner, bedspread full of Burn holes, infested with Roaches, toilet was dirty, I would have checked out but this was my lay over . Couldn’t call office phone didn’t work , Tv didn’t work. Due to my Disability I wasn’t able to walk to office to complain. My Daughter paid for this room Jasmine Sutton. My overall review of this room was awful.

I felt like I had checked into a homeless motel with transients all over the place. One room did not have a door on it. I did not even go into the room. I turned in my card and tried to cancel my transaction and they refused. They would not open up the door.

It was the only place to stay the night in. Left after an hour or so and slept in the truck in a safer place up north.

It was a little scary but Im not sure I would want to stay their again

Nasty itchy bed sheets door no locks sticky funky too many people hanging around in parklot need to stop everyone who stay there to much crime and hookers kids running around in un safe conditions

After a long argument with the man at the office about giving us our room (we prepaid) he kept claiming it was not paid, even after I showed him the confirmation number, come to find out he had written it down wrong. Anyways after we finally got our room there was no tv no pillows stains all over the carpet. No hot water. Just horrible

It was very bad at this hotel. Electricity went off and water for 2 1/2 days. Manager said he would give me 2 days free because of that. But he lied and did not. I was there 8 days and he did not change linens one time. And they ran out of bathroom tissue. Never stay at this place no matter what

Great place to stay... I enjoyed myself...........

Rooms don't come with remote control for the tv. Night manager is very rude as well. Other then that, had a decent stay.

Drug dealers and hookers everywhere on the property looking like they own the place is the first thing I saw

No remote for tv. Was supposed to have king size bed but was given a queen.

The room smell horrible brought our own candles and carpet freshener 😩They switched our room it got roaches so we got another room it’s decent ‼️

Roach infested in one of my rooms, the other room had hair all in the bed, no remotes for the TV’s, and also no bible.

My hotel had leftover trash from a previous occupant, and a dirty shower. It was overall an ok stay but I was very dissatisfied.

Just terrible. I wonder how they call that place a hotel.

No mask on your the man face my life is not to be played with
