冷氣強、浴室水壓強、設備足（電視、冰箱、保險箱都有）

Cons:

冷氣強但是直接對著床，吹到會冷；
洗澡水壓很強但是排水跟不上，洗到一半要等個1分鐘，不然會站在水裡面
設備充足但是空間超小，連最小最小的行李箱肯定都打不開
隔音極爛極爛極爛，電梯運轉聲音超大，白天晚上都在動；隔壁使用水龍頭馬上聽得到；走廊上說話聲、腳步聲、拖行李箱聲音超明顯；隔壁房開關門完全知道
