Pros:

I have to praise the staff who helped us a lot. We left our winter jackets in the room, and realized that we don't have them with us almost a week later. They arranged shipping for us to the hotel in Taipei, where we were planning to stay our last night in Taiwan. We were reunited with our jackets within less than 48 hours.

Cons:

It was very basic but decent for the price.
