Top-Notch Hospitality
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The junior suite was spacious, beautifully furnished, and spotless, the spa was excellent, and the location was perfect.

The only weaker point was the cuisine, which didn’t quite match the otherwise high standard — although the wine selection was outstanding.

What truly made the difference was the incredibly kind and professional staff. Their warmth and attentiveness made our stay special.

Best hotel in Nassfeld!!
Pros:

We stayed at Wulfenia for a family ski trip. From the moment we walked through the door until we left I can say this was the best hotel experience in Nassfeld by far (and we stayed at a number of hotels over the years). From front desk staff (especially Patrizia!) to restaurant and bar staff as well as housekeeping - everyone was very kind and professional, attentive and helpful. Service is simply great! Food (breakfast and dinner) is great as well. SPA offering is nice, and everything is clean and well kept. We had a room on 1st floor with exit to the garden (I think because of the dog) - again, everything was great! Highly recommended place. Oh, and not to forget, location is also great if you are into skiing!

Best hotel experience ever!
Pros:

This is is best hotel we ever stayed and we have been everywhere in the world. The service, staff, location, quality of food and convenience is unprecedented! I can only recommend spending your holiday in this unique hotel, winter or summer.

Fantastic stay
Pros:

Everything was fantastic! It was not our first stay, we chose the hotel for the high quality of service and food and we were not disappointed! And as a nice surprise our room was upgraded. Thanks to everyone, especially nice lady from Sardinia at the reception :-)

Pros:

All was really excellent, than you! We had a great time. The hotel is right at the ski slopes, perfect location. Staff was very polite and helpful. Wellness is great, inside and outside as well. I can only recommend.

Super Winter Holiday
Pros:

We like this hotel as its location is beutiful and very comfortable, provides easy approach to the lifts and slopes. We also appreciate that it is the hotel for adults only. It has absolutely excellent and delicious cuisine, customer-oriented staff in all services. Perfectly equipped wellness/spa area which is a good option for physical and relaxing activities when the weather is not suitable for skiing.

Excellent luxery hotel with syperfriendly staff, also ideal for a Summer stay
Pros:

Wulfenia is an adult-only hotel located in Nassfeld Sonnenalpe. It is next to the Madritschenbahn which connects to the Millennium-Express Bahn and within walking distance (15 min) of the Gartnerkofelbahn. The hotel is a ski resort that until recently was closed during the Summer season, but has been recently renovated and is now upen in the Summer as well. The hotel is a luxery experience, with an excellent outdoor and indoor pool and whirlpool, as well as a wellness area. The rooms are spaceous (we had a junior suite) with balcony overlooking the alp. We had the half board option, with an excellent breakfest buffet and super 5-course dinner. The Wu bar is also connected to the hotel and pool area, which serves drinks and icecreams at decent prices. Staff are very friendly, and we really enjoyed our stay (mainly for hiking and enjoying the pool area, since the weather was gorgeous). Beds were great and the safe has a 230V outlet for charging your smartphone and tablets, which is a nice detail. Hotel has a (free) parking space in the front. Our room had a filled mini bar (of which the first fill is complimentary). During our stay, the hotel was very quiet, not fully booked, but that's probably due to the recent re-opening (and we did not mind). A little grocery store is located nearby, but for the rest there is little to do in the Sonnenalpe part of Nassfeld (no restaurants that are open in the evening, so we were happy to have booked the half board), just a few other hotels and one or 2 bars that are open during the day for lunch and drinks. The Italian border is very close (walking distance) and the area has excellent hiking trails (from easy to more advanced). Highly recommended.

Pros:

Stayed in Junior suite in January. Room is very nice and comfortable, bathroom quite old and not so nice. Heating in the room can not be controlled, means you depend on the management to decide what temperature is the best for you :-( Service in the restaurant can be slow some times but the food in general was good. At check in they wanted to charge me for the room that was already paid through hotels.com but the next day the issue was settled. Some receptionists were new and therefore slow but generally nice and trying to help. The ski storage room poor, small and no heating. Hotel is excellent situated right beside the slopes but it is not ski in-ski out. All in all the mixed bag
