I love their concept, it feels like home, they offer drinks, coffee, fruits and snacks 24 hours a day and the staff is friendly and kind
I travelled with my family and we all felt welcome at all times we will definitely recommend this hotel

We had an absolutely excellent stay at BED Prasingh- easily one of our favorite hotels out of the 56 countries we've visited!

The location was perfect, placing us right in the heart of Chiang Mai with easy access to the Old City’s temples, night markets, and cafes. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the incredible service and thoughtful touches that make you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.

From the moment we arrived, JP and the rest of the amazing staff greeted us like old friends, always remembering us and making sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Whether we were heading out or returning from a day of exploring, they were there to assist with a smile and offer help with anything we needed.

The amenities are next-level:
-Unlimited bottled water (no joke- it is endless!)
-High-end coffee available 24/7
-An incredible breakfast spread that blew us away each morning- complete with fresh fruit, poached eggs, mango sticky rice, chicken and pork skewers, and a variety of other delicious options that suited every taste and dietary preference

We also made good use of the beautiful swimming pool, which was the perfect midday escape to cool off and relax between activities.

Every aspect of our stay felt intentional and elevated, from the minimalist modern design to the genuinely warm hospitality. We honestly can’t recommend BED Phrasingh highly enough- it’s a total gem and a must-stay!!

Amazing Staff and Excellent Stay
We had a fantastic experience at BED Phrasingh Hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing—so warm, helpful, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and in a great location, but it’s the incredible team that truly makes this place special. Highly recommended!

If I could give Bed Prasingh 20 stars I would. This is the best place I have ever stayed. From the moment you walk in you will feel like family. Every employee here is so welcoming and nice. They go above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. They have fresh meals daily (the best I had from any hotel in Thailand) I will definitely be staying here the next time I visit Chiang Mai.

The pleasant hotel staff were always ready to help in any way needed. The breakfast blew me away, way above and beyond the expectations of some coffee and pastries. Having juice or water available in the fridge at any time was another extraordinary and unexpected benefit to the stay.

The staff was very friendly went out of their way to make you comfortable .
The place was clean. Breakfast was included and a lot of delicious options.
Plus fruit, juice coffee and yogurt available all day.
We will definitely be back

Beautiful design hotel in Old Town with an excellent staff and refreshing pool. The morning breakfast was a standout delicious and complex everyday.

Out of all the hotels I looked at I ended up choosing this one and it was like picking the winning lottery ticket! From the moment we entered till the day we left the staff was incredible with their service and kindness! They all took such an active interest to take care of your needs and an interest in what you were planning and offering advice when asked. This place provides an amazing breakfast every morning with little changes to keep it fresh and different and they do an amazing job!! Checking out and leaving was like saying goodbye to cherished friends rather than just a hotel. Some places talk about providing quality service but this place does so very much more!! This place deserves 10 stars!!! Can’t wait to return!!

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were the kindest most friendly hotel staff of our whole trip (and probably of all time).

Absolutely amazing hotel. We cannot fault it in any way. We stayed for 2 nights as part of our honeymoon trip. The location is amazing for exploring the city (temples, markets, shops - we walked everywhere whilst here).

We booked a last minute additional night (originally had 1 booked) and whilst the staff couldn’t keep us in the same room for the duration, they moved all our luggage whilst out into our new room. Staff asked us if there was anything they could do for our next room, we asked for slightly smaller pillows, which they kindly ensured we had!
Breakfast was amazing, a mix of pastries, cereals, freshly cooked warm food, as well as including unlimited water, juices, hot drinks & noodles for your stay 24/7.

The staff were all so nice and friendly, chatting with us at breakfast and giving tips of where to visit. They also had a small chocolate gift on arrival for our honeymoon with a lovely handwritten card.

The room was clean, with a working TV, aircon, good shower & balcony. When planning our trip to the airport, they arranged a transfer for us at 4am and had prepared take away cups for hot drinks and a breakfast box each of pastries and milk.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in and cannot fault it at all. The staff are amazing and if we were to visit Chiang mai again, we would be staying here without a doubt! Thank you all so much!

The service and people at this hotel are fantastic ! What a great place to stay in the old town area of Chiang Mai.
100% recommend this place. Note it is adults only and they have quiet times from 8:00pm on.

Was overall super impressed with the hotel. Location was a block off Main Street so very quiet. Staff were super amazing and friendly. Breakfast was a big surprise as they had many amazing options to eat. Was nice that juice and water were available 24 hours a day. I will recommend hotel to everyone I know coming this way. Will definitely stay here again. Oh and a bonus is that it’s two blocks from Sunday night market

Very accommodating and helpful staff. 24/7 free access to water, juice, fresh fruit, noodles and cereal is a real bonus. Hotel laundry service is fast, cheap and reliable. Theres cute cats roaming around which was lovely to see as a cat lover. Brilliant location. I will definitely be staying again. The only downside is there was a slight damp drain smell in the bathroom and the wetroom style shower flooded nearly the whole bathroom- however this seems to be across the board in Thailand.
