Tara made our stay even better with her outstanding service. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we met her. Every morning she greeted us with a smile, made sure everything was fresh and well stocked, and went out of her way to make everyone feel comfortable. You can tell she truly cares about the guests and takes pride in what she does. Her positive attitude and kindness created a great start to each day. I come here every time I travel to Fayetteville. The hotel is clean, staff is great, and the breakfast is just what you need to start the day. Tara goes out of her way to greet guests and keeps the buffet stocked.

Best value ever and everything was very clean

The hotel was clean. It was not stinky and it had a nice pool. We slept great.
Nice pictures on the walls. Breakfast was yummy and staff was extra helpful and friendly especially Tara, Chevy, and Yollie. We do wish they had whipped cream and chocolate chips for the waffles.

We stay at this hotel whenever we are in town for our convention. Welcoming staff and atmosphere.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and exactly what is expected, but the breakfast team truly made our stay exceptional. They went above and beyond to accommodate our food allergies. They took the time to carefully check ingredient labels, answer all of our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy breakfast safely. Both my daughter and I have a peanut and tree nut allergy, not only did they provide us with soy milk, but also oat milk and allergy friendly muffins. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel so welcome.

Yollie & Tara are the shining stars of this Fairfield Inn by Marriott. Outstanding customer service like theirs is hard to find. We would absolutely stay here again…we’d look forward to seeing Yollie & Tara!

I need an easy pitstop on my trip from Maryland to Melbourne, Florida. This was one of the highest rated Marriott Properties in Fayetteville. I'm very glad I stayed here. Check in with super is he. The room was clean and comfortable.. Breakfast was decent but the best part of it was the Marriott team member overseeing things, Tara. She could not have been more pleasant and conscientious. Thanks Tara!

I am frequent guest at this property and among the reasons I always look forward to coming back are the breakfast service (thank you Tara and team!!!) and the bar (Sheri!!!) - congenial, terrific service, wonderful food and beverages to both start and end a long work day.

My second time staying here. We are in town for our JW convention last year the same thing last year. Rooms are comfortable, customer service is very good, staff is friendly and thorough. The ladies that serve and prepare the breakfast Tara, Yollie, and Chevy are wonderful they catered to all of our needs and the food was prepared with love and care. They also made sure everything was clean and presentable. Go ladies. Thx for all your hard work ❤️

The breakfast was not very good. There was a 3 inch roach in our room crawling down the wall. The only good thing about the stay was the wonderful lady named Tara at the breakfast section. She was so nice and very pleasant!
